I had a tooth that was bothering me for a long time and at first they told me I needed a root canal and they waited so long to call and then eventually when we went back in they told me it needed to be extracted. The lady at the desk told my mom that she was a bad mom and was abandoning her child when they are the ones who never called. I have switched dentists and would never recommend them to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist but the dental hygienist (Erika) made the experience so pleasant. Not only did she get my teeth so clean but she was really fun to talk to. I liked her so much that I want to bring my kids here and I will always request her. The dentist was also very good. And the receptionist was good also. Such a wonderful place with the nicest people.

Unfortunately, all of my top teeth needed to be removed. So I called these fine folks and they have done an amazing job throughout this process. The dentist sat down, explained what he recommended without sugar coating anything, and we rescheduled and he pulled them. Since then I have been working on getting a temporary denture, I need one due to the work I do and they have been great. I highly recommend anyone in the Springfield area visit these folks if you need dental work done.

The office manager is very rude. Hangs up on people and talks down to them. My whole family and many friends have stop going here because of this. Everyone else in the office is great tho. The last call I made to them I was talking with one of the front desk ladies ( super sweet) and the office manager was in the back ground yelling at a pregnant women so loud I could barley hear the lady I was talking to. Then I ended up having to talk to her and she was extremely rude so we won’t be back.

Vadim Goldshteyn was the dentist I saw today. Terrible experience coming here. I barely qualified to have Medicaid and was not helped with my dental issues. Seems that only people with MONEY can come here to get help. I just received a RX for a mouthwash and was told they can’t help me at all. I was in the office for almost 15 minutes! I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY HELP before being turned around and made to feel completely helpless because I am poor.
The dentist didn’t even show any type of attitude to want to help me out, or to find a solution to my dental issue— it’s all about the money for this man. It seemed as if he just washed his hands and didn’t want to even help me out. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for any type of dental help that has Medicaid.
They are the only one in Springfield that “accept “ Medicaid. They didn’t offer any services to me whatsoever. Honestly hope this office really starts going out of their way to help people in need instead of making them feel inferior because they are on government assistance.
