My Dentist

I didn’t have a good experience with this clinic. For one they don’t like to return calls back. Call to make a appointment as a new patient and they return my call after Many call to the clinic to schedule the appointment. Need so extra work to be done and they needed a PA from my insurance and haven’t heard nothing from them in over 5 months. So I decided to call the clinic and once again I got a voicemail saying I left a voicemail. Still no return call in over a week so I decided to call them again and speak to the Office manager Jennifer (I think) she wanted me to come in for a exam cause I was having pain in one tooth. Got there and sat in the waiting area for about 5 minutes which was fine after X rays I didn’t see no one. I sat in the exam room for over an hour which at that point wasn’t acceptable. So I got up and walked out without seeing the dentist. Informed them at the front desk and they looked so lost so I told them to inform the office manager that I won’t be back and I’ll find a new dentist. I work in the medical field and I will never do my patients like this the way I’ve been treated. If you know best don’t Go! They don’t even deserve a star

Enjoyed my cleaning at My Dentist with Miss Hailey and can’t wait to have Dr Hammond start preserving my teeth! Very professional and friendly staff up front with great insurance knowledge, too.

The hygienist and dentist were good- there was a bit of a cattle herd kind of feeling. The front office people had a lot of confusion about a coupon offered on their website. The coupon offered was for a $199 whitening kit and their business office person Jennifer gave me two sets of trays and said they didn’t do kits. When I questioned how this was a “kit” over the phone they told me they would have a kit for me to pick up at the front desk. There was confusion about what I was even talking about when I got there the next day and nothing was left for me. I was finally given a kit with 4 trays. When I questioned whether 4 trays were a $199 value i was met with an attitude from Jennifer again. I do not believe the trays are $50 each when you can buy a kit online for $55. I also called about oral sedation and no one returned my call. Pretty disappointed overall. I don’t believe I will return. With seven in my family it doesn’t seem like they would want to lose that much business over something insignificant.

I enjoy going to o My Dentist. Dr. Hammond's is always professional and helpful. I find the staff very nice.

I'm in the military, and they said they were familiar with my insurance. I payed $200 upfront for what insurance wouldn't cover. After my treatment I recieved a bill of $88...I called up there and they said it was a mistake and wrote it off. I then recieved a bill for $800..I called up there and they said that was a mistake as well, and it would be taken care of. I then recieved another bill of $88..I called up there and they said that was what was left after insurance..when I explained that I already paid $200 out of pocket for what insurance wouldn't cover, I was told "well we already wrote one charge off and we won't be doing it again." Run and hide from this place.

Worst communication any office has ever had.

My Dentist is great. I actually enjoy going to this place. The staff is exceptionally well qualified, and they always make sure my experience is as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Golbec is a completely unprofessional person. Demeaning to patients. Has been charging us a fortune and my 7 yr old just waited 1 hour to be seen by this putz! Never going back. Find a better dentist with better reviews!!! 11 one star reviews here. Telling sign.

I've been coming to My Dentist with Dr Golbeck for over 10 years. The staff is awesome and I trust them and their practice overall. Have recommended them to multiple friends.
