What can I say!? The team at My Dentist are by far one of the nicest and chill groups of people I’ve met at a dentist/doctors office in many years! From the moment I walked in each of the four ladies at the front smiled and acted as if they had known me for years (yesterday was my first time ever in their office). Both Stephanie’s (two ladies named Stephany) were knowledgeable, laid back, easy to speak with, funny and made me feel comfortable. I have to have a lot of work done on a few of my teeth which embarrassed me a bit (at first) but the ladies didn’t allow me to feel that way for long. Dr. Golbeck was also nice and helpful. What I appreciated was they asked me what I felt comfortable with first and asked what I felt a good treatment plan would be. Meaning what work did we want to focus on first. Just knowing they valued my opinion and how I felt made me comfortable and glad I chose “My Dentist” to be, well my dentist lol. They are also helpful with any financing options if that is required. Truly grateful for this group of individuals and I know my teeth are in good hands! I do recommend My Dentist to anyone. Also keep in mind they’re there to help us with any issues or concerns we have with our smile so don’t be embarrassed by anything. They don’t judge and are excited to help!

Everyone was so nice and informative and the doctor even offered a large discount on my Invisalign which was so sweet of him! I am very excited to start this process and am happy I have chosen My Dentist as my dentist of choice. Highly recommended!

Where do I begin? This place is AMAZING! When I called to set up my first appointment, the receptionist was friendly, answered my thousand questions and was able to get me in within a week. The minute I walked in, I felt like family...it felt like I had known the staff for years. The financial manager greeted me and went over everything in great detail. Not once did I feel overwhelmed or pressured into anything. The dental hygienist was the most gentle one I've ever experienced. They were funny, interacted with me and had exceptional people skills. The dentist genuinly seemed to care about me as a patient, not just a number. If I could give 10 stars, I would! This is by far THE ABSOLUTE BEST dental experience I have ever had. They went above and beyond!

The suppiort staff is wonderful. However, I went to get my teeth cleaned. I was presented with a plan that was almost $500 out of pocket. My insurance pays 100% for two cleanings a year. That is all I wanted. I simply asked for my teeth be cleaned. What is so hard to understand about this? I am the customer, why can't I have the service I asked for without being charged $500??? Insane!!!
