I had a root canal and several fillings done here over the course of several appointments. I was blamed for the staff's scheduling mistake, twice. The first time the person who scheduled my appointment on the day after what she told me and wrote on my appt card, I was treated rudely by staff when the appointment was missed due to their error. On my appointment for my fillings I scheduled it to have my cleaning done and several fillings while I was there and was told this wouldn't be a problem. When I went in I was told the the cleaning had not been put on the schedule and they did not have time. The fillings were rushed and seem poorly done, they are jagged and I am unable to or have great difficulty flossing between the teeth they were put in. The root canal that was done also seemed rushed, I was brushed off regarding the immense pain I was in the 2 weeks afterwards, and after 2 months of worsening pain am now having to find a different dentist and try to get more time off my already impossible to miss job to have it fixed.

I have never done a review before, but I have to say that I was seen at idental family Dentistry in Del City for the 1st time as a new patient on the 3rd of May 2018, and I got to say I was highly impressed with the office from the moment I checked in to the time I was taken back with the hygienist for my appointment. Everyone is very friendly and worked very well with each other. Dr. Rhodes was very kind and professional. I will highly recommend this office to everyone.

They were courteous professional. Got me in and out in an acceptable amount of time. They were truly friendly, no one I dealt with brought issues from home. I loved it. Plus, even if you don't have insurance you don't have to slaughter the fattened calf to pay. Reasonably priced.

Dr. Rhodes recently took over from Bright Smile, and I must say, the change has been entirely positive. They've updated the interior, brought in better equipment and much more professional personnel. My hygienist was friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. I highly recommend the staff here at iDental!

I was highly impressed with how quickly they worked me in, how friendly each and every staff member was to me, and I walked out with exactly what I had asked for. Dr. Toby Rhodes is a very professional and thruough dentist while working and you can tell he was just as thruough when he hired his amazing staff. I'm confident in saying I have now found a new dentist I trust and will be redirecting my family and friends in the same positive direction.
