Great experience given the situation. Great staff that puts you at easy quickly and follows up thought the appointment. Explained everything very well, options, insurance, and overall costs. Doctor Rhodes was excellent and although the office was busy he spent the time need and checked in often. Left with everything I need and then some. Followed up the next day to check on me. They care about their patients. Will definitely recommend

Exceptional service and so accommodating! My kids even love to go to the dentist because Dr. Rhodes and staff are so friendly and enjoy their time at work. So much better than I remember growing up and going to the dentist as a child. Absolutely amazing place to go! My family even goes there now and left their dental office of over 20 years. Idental even is able to accommodate to my paralyzed father in laws needs and adapt to his wheelchair.

Love this dentist for my kids. They are always nice. Always quick to get you to the back and get you taking care of. Makes you fill comfortable. Been taking my kids here for years now. I moved an hour away and I still bring my kids here. Good clean friendly place.

I recently changed my dentist office to iDental Family Dentistry and my first visit was fantastic! I was promptly greeted and my appointment began immediately with No waiting. Dr. Rhodes did my exam and found a cavity that was overlooked by my previous dentist. Mrs. Shannon was my hygienist and is highly skilled and very knowledgeable and informative! This team absolutely knows what they're doing! I wish that I could give them 10 Stars

I scheduled appointments for myself and my 3 young kids to get an exam and cleaning. They were able to get us all in right away. Everyone was wonderful with my kids. They showed patience and moved at a pace that was comfortable for my kids. There were even some volunteers who kept an eye on my kids when it was my turn. I felt comfortable and they listened to and addressed all of my concerns.
They have a play area in the waiting room. The exam chairs are comfortable. They offer extra comforts such as a blanket, head phones, an eye mask, etc. They also offer payment plans if you cannot pay your bill in total on the day of your visit.
This is the best dentist office I have ever been to. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
