Dr Ring is very professional, when you get a crown, he makes It same day and it always works well. If you would need to make any adjustments, they can get you in quickly. Staff and hygienists great too

I have been a patient of Dr.Ring's for 10 years now. I have been extremely happy with him & his services-UNTIL NOW! :( One of the crowns he put in my mouth broke recently & we talked about it & he told me he would replace the crown at a discounted rate or just not charge me at all. He said this on 2 different occasions,while in his office. I had the crown replaced yesterday & went to the desk to check out & was informed that I would be charged full price after insurance pays their part. I was advised that because the crown was 7 years old,full payment was charged. I was polite,accepted the explanation,paid in full & went on my way. My main gripe is this: DO NOT tell patients that you are going to fix things at no charge/discount and then NOT deliver on your word. Wish I would have recorded those conversations!

I have been going to Phil since his office was down by 16th Street. I have had several dental challenges and he has helped with all. Crowns, extractions, referral for an implant then crown on that. Partial appliance and repairs of appliance. His staff has changed over the years, and all have most helpful.
