I am like many other people who have had bad experiences with dentists and do NOT want to go back!!! Well I gave Soulsmile a chance and I was shocked at how comfortable I felt. From the super friendly front office staff, to the assistants and to Dr. DeCillis himself, they raised the bar on anyone else I have seen! I unfortunately had the pleasure of needing a root canal done and, although a painful recovery, I have nothing but great things to say by all of the staff. I even received a phone call and text message from Dr. DeCillis personally to be sure I am feeling well. Who does that?
I am now a life-long patient of Soulsmile and hope you will be to :)

Everyone, from Becca down to Doc, are professional, understanding, and kind. I’ve had plenty of dental experience in my own family. I know that they run this shop right, clean, informatively and professionally. I never feel anything but welcome and excited for my next procedure. I know that sounds dumb and weird, but I’ve been neglectful to the point of root canals. So they’ve made me right, have a treatment plan at an affordable rate and i can’t wait to go back.

My sister and I recently moved to Ashland, Oregon, and several weeks ago, I found myself in fairly urgent need of a dentist. Our neighbor recommended Dr. DeCillis at Soul Smile Dentistry. I called and made an appointment the following week. Dr, Decillis and his whole staff have been a pleasure to work with, in a slightly challenging situation. They have been friendly, professional and very efficient. They even did a special X-ray for me, when I couldn't get in to an Endodontist in a timely manner. I had a tooth pulled there this last week and it quick, painless and everything was thoroughly explained before the procedure. I didn't even know the tooth had been pulled, when it was already out! A far better experience than the last tooth pulling I had in San Francisco. And I look forward, very happily, to continuing my care with Dr. DeSollis and his team. I thank them all for their speedy assistance, in my time of need.

What a wonderful experience from the minute you walk through the door until the minute you walk out. If you are one of those people who dreads the thought of going to the dentist, this is the dentist office for you! Dr. Decillis and his staff are extremely friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The office is bright and cheery...not your typical dentist office...and super clean. Even the views from the hygienist's chair is breathtaking. I will be back every 6 months!!! :)

This office is very professional, high tech equipment, lovely offices, but the most important criterion, staff, is outstanding. They immediately make you feel welcome and relaxed The hygienist explained the procedures thoroughly and frequently checked to see that I was comfortable. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Soulsmile highly enough. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful, while still maintaining a sense of warmth.
Siena is their hygienist, who you can tell loves to help patients feel valued and at ease. She is very gentle with the cleaning, but also very thorough. I was a little nervous at first, but she put me to ease with her calming demeanor. I was told I could have laughing gas if that would help, but as it turns out, I didn't need it, and I actually look forward to going back in 6 months.
Becca, the office manager helped me figure out how to use my insurance and patiently answered all my questions. Part of the reason I put off going to the dentist in the first place was that I wasn't quite sure how the insurance part of it works, but Becca got me on the right track with it all...for my first appointment, as well as my future appointments.
I plan to tell everyone I know about Soulsmile. Finding a good dentist can be challenging sometimes, but I feel like I struck gold.
