Wellness Centered Dentistry

Yesterday my wife and I had an appointment with Christie. We usually come every three months. Because of the Covid pandemic, we hadn’t come for a hygiene appointment for six months. We go to any appointments with trepidation because there is always a risk. But our hygiene appointments are important, and Christie always does a wonderful job of cleaning our teeth and explaining about necessary home dental care. Thank you very much Christie, Dr. Whicker, Angie, and Lizzie! You are all heroes of the Covid pandemic!

Dr. Whicker and his excellent staff are truly passionate in providing exceptional care. I've had a lot of dental surgeries, root canals & implants in my lifetime. I never felt pain with Dr. Whicker's skill in the novocaine injection. Thank you Dr. Whicker! His explanations along the way during each procedure, be it a cavity or crown was Greatly appreciated. It eases the unknown and makes all the difference! At one point, I felt a bit claustrophobic and they stopped to make adjustments. Their concern for my comfort put me at ease and the whole Dental experience was positive. Their Professional care is exemplary!

Dr. Rob Whicker is by far the most skilled, gentle, communicative and caring dentist I've ever known. He and his assistant work together as a harmonious, integrated team. The rest of his staff that I've encountered are friendly, helpful and good at what they do. I've learned much from them all about the health of my teeth and feel inspired to take better care of them. Thank you, Dr. Whicker and staff!

I am not Todd Benton. I'm Beth Green, but in any case, I am thrilled to have found a dentist who is caring, skilled and has a great office environment. All the staff was very nice and supportive. And the physical environment was okay for a person like me -- with multiple chemical sensitivities. Usually, when I go to the dentist, it makes me sick because of the smells. Great experience. Bravo.

I don’t think enough attentiveness was paid in Dr. Whicker’s work to longevity & to my desires. I don’t appreciate being blamed for my filling falling out after 2 months because I can’t afford a $1000 mouth guard, and I have a feeling it’s going to fall out again and/or my tooth might break again, because he drilled it down so thin. (Plus he made it short, so my teeth are asymmetrical now). He implied I shouldn’t be surprised that my filling fell out so quickly, in which case I’m not sure why he let me pay $400 to have an unnecessary and permanently damaging procedure done. I complained to the front desk, but I don’t feel that my issues were resolved. This place has a very tactically marketed facade, I think that’s why their ratings are so high. However, I did not appreciate my experience here. I hope the work done on my teeth doesn’t prove to be highly problematic in the future.

I became a patient one year ago, and at that time Dr. Whicker did extensive work in my mouth, as I had broken teeth, receding gums, in addition to fillings, crowns and composite veneers that had failed. Nearly every tooth had an issue.
I am so extremely happy with his work, skill and precision. He uses the best and safest dental materials available in dentistry, and that’s exactly what I was hoping to find.
Having my teeth restored by Dr. Whicker very soon contributed towards a substantial improvement in my health in regards to Multiple Sclerosis and my immune system.
I can’t recommend Dr. Whicker and all of his staff, enough. They are the true experts, and are an extremely caring group as well.

I've been fortunate to have had really good dentists my whole life, but Dr. Whicker's office raised the bar and for the past 11 years has exceeded my expectations. All the staff have been there for years and are highly skilled--like top-of-their-class expertise. They are always learning, keep on top of dental and medical information, are great at communication, and are super gentle and caring. I believe Julie's cleanings and preventative care has benefited my family's oral health greatly and the times we have needed a filling or crown, Dr. Whicker is amazing. They've accommodated us in working with my family's co-therapies (orthodontia, osteopathy) and Lizzy is so helpful with insurance and billing. I can't recommend them enough!

I am very happy with my recent visit and I highly recommend giving wellness centered dentistry a try, you will not be disappointed. I had amalgams removed and I don't believe anything could have went any better. They stayed after hours to get the job done and didn't make me feel like it was an inconvenience. Everyone was very nice to interact with. It was also a completely pain free experience.

I have always found the staff at Wellness Centered Dentistry to be friendly, highly competent, and helpful. Technically, they have the equipment, products and knowledge to perform procedures painlessly. They all take a personal interest in their patients.

My experience at Wellness Centered Dentistry was very positive. The whole process was intelligent and collaborative. I felt my understanding and objectives were taken seriously and were incorporated into the dialogue. I'm very happy at the prospect of working with all the people at Dr. Whicker's office. I should mention that the Northwest Coast art in the waiting room was a wonder
