IF an Aspen Dental clinic can keep a 5 star google review, we will never mention the practice on our website in a negative fashion. this was inspired partially by Dr. Vu's 5 stars so far on Google. As a seasoned reader of reviews, I see a possible review(s) planting here, BUT that's ok. KEEP the 5 stars Dr. Vu; 230 d caution is cheering for you! Now seriously if someone is just complaining because of being late or something minor, that won't count against you at least as it concerns 230 d caution. A few weeks ago, I scheduled an exam with them for an early time this Saturday. When I showed up, they told me they couldn't do the exam. Then, they were very dismissive of the situation and told me I could reschedule. I am in the military, and my commander required this to be completed before an upcoming deadline. Not only was this inconvenient, but it wasted my time, and may cause me to miss the deadline.
