Had extremely bad tooth pain due to wisdom teeth and a broken tooth, no one could get me in for months, got ahold of these folks and everyone was amazing, I was in and out so fast (3 teeth pulled and scheduled in for more work in a week) that I didn’t even catch my amazing Dentists name, he made sure it was as painless as possible. Thank you so much!!!!

First of all, the only person at this branch that has shown any bit of concern for my mouth and what happens to it is the Megan, the financial advisor. The actual doctor is lazy, and has never shown any true concern for what my needs are. I walked in with an old crown that had been eroding from the top for a few years now. This crown was put on 12 years ago when I was 15. It had become esthetically unpleasant, and I was ready for a new one. The entire reason for my visit was to get a nice new crown that I was happy smiling with. It’s been months, and ive received two new crowns due to the fact that the first one left gaps in between my teeth and now this second one is LITERALLY just a COPY of the tooth I came in with. (The tooth I cam to fix) why in heaven on earth would I want the same tooth that I came here to change? L-A-Z-Y. This doctor is a joke, and I feel this was a big slap in the face. I am very disappointed, and am still trying to contact them over how to fix this since I am moving out of the state.

Aspen Dental In Grants Pass was the best dentist experience I have ever had and I've had alot! The staff was welcoming, friendly, and the dentist was on point! Very clean and high tech environment. The fact that it is so affordable makes it seem too good to be true.

I would avoid this office like the plague! I made an appointment for an upper denture plate and was given a slot at 7:45 a.m. but told to be there at 7:30. I was right on time, but wasn't called back until 8:10. The appointment was to get the ball rolling to replace my existing upper plate mind you. I was taken to the x-ray room and was told this was standard procedure. I wasn't completely awake, and just went along with it. Next, they took me in to an examination room and told me that the dental hygienist would be in shortly, and that this was also necessary. So I get x-rays and an examination despite my telling them that the VA had just performed these procedures less than 6 months ago. I have been given a 100% service connected disability rating by the VA and get all my care there for no charge. I just wanted to replace the set they gave me a year ago that don't fit, and cause me pain, and I have private dental insurance that will pay 80% up to 1,500.00. Finally, a dentist comes in and we at last discuss the only reason I was there. The upper plate. She completes her examination and leads me to a waiting room and tells me an associate will be with me momentarily to discuss the plan. After another 10 minute wait, I finally sit across from an associate who hands me a piece of paper and explains that my treatment plan will come to 4,900.00. Needless to say, I nearly choked. I explained to her that all I wanted was the upper plate, and that alone. She does some work on the computer and comes back with a new price of 2,900.00. I ask her how that could be when their online sight says that the highest priced set they have is 1,500.00. I then pull out my phone and show her the add. She looks a bit perplexed, and fumbles with the computer for quite some time, and says there must be a glitch in the system, and to bare with her. At this point, I had already been there a ridiculous amount of time, so I asked her if she could just call when she got it figured out, and I left. A couple hours later, the same associate calls me and tells me that my insurance company had informed them that they only cover this item once every 6 years. Well, I didn't even have this insurance when I got my upper plate, so that wouldn't have been an issue. So I call my insurance company, explain what has transpired, and ask what was going on. The rep informs me that they NEVER told Aspen that I wouldn't be covered, and since the policy was relatively new, there were no records at all on me. So I call Aspen and get the same woman after a 15 minute wait on hold. I tell her what I discovered and she tells me she will get with someone and call me back with a price. About an hour later she calls back and tells me the cost would be 1,600.00, and my out of pocket amount would be 900.00 to be paid up front. I had finally had enough. I explain to her, AGAIN, that my insurance covers 80% up to 1,500.00 Even at 1,600.00, which STILL isn't their advertised price, my co-pay would be only 400.00, which I verified with my insurance company. I don't expect any special treatment as a disabled vet but I do expect people to deal with me honestly and ethically. Boy did they miss the mark there! Upon discussing the matter with my insurance company, I was also made to realize that the unnecessary services will be deducted from my 1,500.00 cap, so I no longer have that much towards dental care. I know those items weren't required because I called a couple other dentists in town and they told me so. During what seemed like my eternity in their office, I noticed that the vast majority of their patients were elderly people, and this bothered me tremendously because if they are doing this to me, how many people who don't have all their wits about them are they doing this to. For that reason, I am contacting the Josephine county district attorney's office on Monday to set up an appointment to discuss their business practices. I am also informing those within our school district.

A very very disappointing experience!! I made an appointment for my brother, I was given a quote for the price of an extraction. They tried to upsell the entire appointment - even after asking multiple times, “but how much for just a tooth extraction?” They would never answer as they only wanted to upsell to get more done than requested, therefore nothing at all was accomplished! So so frustrating as I explained specifically what I needed. (I’d been to another dentist but they’re schedule was too far out for my time frame so Aspen said they could accommodate) Sure they could, starting at $7000.
What a joke!

The staff was great. The Dentist, Dr. Lamoreau is why I am writing this review. He was terrific. He spoke to me kindly, even when I was kicking air cause shots hurt. He saw I was distressed when he came back in after numbing and I explained I was seeing double & was scared. We talked and I calmed down. We had a system for if either of us needed to hear the other ( I had music blaring in headphones) and he had all extractions (6-8) done under hour. Then at like midnight my husband was concerned and called emergency line Dr Lamoreau was the doctor that called back in minutes and talked with him until he felt he could take care of me. I don’t understand how anyone could give him a bad review. Thank you Dr Lamoreau and Aspen.

Highly recommend Aspen Dental. They got me in right away when i was experiencing severe tooth pain. Dr Vu expertly diagnosed the problem and extracted the offending tooth which had sent me to the ER the previous night it hurt so bad. She did the extraction so well it didnt even hurt.

The staff was great! But the advertising was very misleading, they say there not like other dental establishments that suck every dime out of your wallet. But once they gave me a breakdown of what it would cost I just about jumped out of my seat, then they told me I wasn't eligible for financial help? Hello I'm on disability. But my credit isn't in the dumper either? So I will go back to my old dentist and have then keep screwing up, but hey they only charge 35.00 a visit!
