I went to Aspen dental with an abscess tooth and severe pain. After the painful examination I received nothing for pain and no work was done due to my lack of insurance. They prescribed antibiotics and sent me on my way. I would have been better off going to the emergency room.

Needing much dental work, the Dr, Jessica, Holly and Lauren have been wonderful walking me through this making the experience less fearful. I appreciate the detailed explanation. I would give this office a 10

Do not go to this dentist office. They do not stand behind their work. My husband had 4 crowns put on 1 year ago. The front crown came off and when he went back in to have them put it back on they refused to help him until he scheduled a cleaning first.

Gold standard practices for dentistry with exceptional service. The hygienist and dentist work really well together and provide their clients with the best care. For those who consider their oral health important, this is the place to be. 5 stars for Aspen Dental Grant's Pass without question.

I wasn't happy with the woman in finance. She wasn't wearing a mask and said she already had Covid! Not vaccinated. Also after exrays I was told everything that needed to be done. However they missed one problem that I came in for. I wore my mask the whole time. I cancelled both my fiance and my future appointments.

The front desk manager or the office manager need to get their heads straight about billing. you would think the process of finding out about insurance and if it is accepted at the clinic would be relatively easy.
My insurance company told me they are a participating office, but the office did not wish to honor this, and wasted my time and money by still treating me and now I am liable.
Not to mention the fact that the primary reason for going to them was never addressed or FIXED! So I have to go back to my insurance company to find another provider and wait for an opening to get in meantime I have a significant issue occurring.
The dental office itself was clean and new, good technology and the DA and hygienist were very capable. No complaints there.

Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and treated me with dignity and respect. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction, which allowed me to make informed decisions about my upcoming extractions and new dentures.

I highly recommend them to you.

UPDATE: Two years later and I have to say: "Do Not Give Aspen your healthcare". They have continued to stonewall me on my overpayment. They refused to bill my insurance, correctly. Lied to me multiple times about the status of my insurance claims. Turned me in to collections even though I had paid the entire $2752 bill IN FULL. When my insurance sent me a EOB stating that they had paid ASPEN for my dental work, I went to ASPEN seeking a refund of the money $2752, I paid them. Guess What?? Still waiting for my refund. FRAUD!! I had originally left 5 stars. No longer. Buyer Beware!

Started off bad and got worse. Receptionist announced to everyone in the lobby my full name, birthdate and Social Security number when she phoned to verify my insurance. Then had to wait 1.5 hours to see the dentist. After short consultation they sent me back to the office to arrange payment. (60% down in advance) They make you feel like they think you are some sort of thief. The office lady looked surprised that I thought they would take impressions that day. (When I made the appointment I told them I wanted replacement dentures) Had to wait another 45 minutes for that.
It took four more appointments to get them close to right. At about the 3rd appointment they took impressions of my existing dentures so they could get me something that would fit and stay in. On the 4th appointment they fit better but had the front teeth sticking out to make me “buck toothed”. I objected so the next week the front teeth were pointed down. I finally thought they were good enough to go ahead and make the final product. When I arrive for the final appointment I discovered you had to pay before you received the final product. (back to "you are not trusted to pay after you receive the product" attitude) The receptionist assured me anything that might be wrong would be fixed under the warranty. The tech (didn’t see the dentist) brought them in and had me put them in. The fit was actually pretty good but someone thought I would look better with my front teeth sticking out instead of down. They weren’t as bad as they were originally in the process but they still stick out farther than my original teeth or first set of dentures did.
If you have never had dentures before do not go here to have it done.
