Dr. Pastrell is extremely professional. He has been my dentist for quite some time and I strongly recommend him and his staff. He has taken care of everything for me, whether it is a filling or orthodontics (I got braces in my 40's) he truly is a master of his craft. Attention to detail! Everyone I had contact with. From the friendly front office staff, Hygienist Jessica and Dr Pastrell all did an amazing job! My sons braces were put on for a reasonable price and I cant wait to see the final results. Highly recommend!

My son had a horrible experience at a pediatric dentist office on Medford so I switched him to this office a little unsure how he would do after that visit with the previous dentist. He was a little scared but we met Dr Hartzell and he had to do some fillings on my son 3 to be exact. LONG shot short he fell asleep in the chair after 1 filling and just local anesthetic no other meds. He felt comfortable and content! I love this office and the staff. So welcoming and also had klove on. Wonderful feeling knowing the people that are working on my children are also belivers!! Thank you!!! I sm One happy mama
