Having work done at this office has been phenomenal. They do there best to keep me as comfortable as possible and check on me throughout my treatment. I can honestly say I don't mind going to the dentist now! Great job!

After being referred out to Siskiyou Endodontics for a root canal of which that provider was amazing, I followed up with Willamette to start the crown process. Very rarely will any dentist say a tooth shouldnβt have a crown after a procedure which makes the tooth weak, has a potential of fracturing, and then the tooth would need to be extracted. I was told I would have to wait for the report from the Endo. I feel dental office staff should be able to confirm patient showed for their appt and reason for referral/treatment was completed would be enough to schedule the next appt. Between time report could be received and reviewed. Aside from my employer provided dental care, I pay for services and if someone contacts an office for dental care then an appt should be scheduled. If a patient is referred out for a crown, a follow up appts for next steps should be scheduled. Itβs continuity of care. Instead, weeks are allowed to pass before an appt is scheduled.

Their patient centered care and ability to explain medical information separates them from other providers in the community. Thank you!

The ladies in the front office have always been great, but Dr. Tommerup strong arms patients into getting X-rays. Two years ago, I caved in to the pressure; this time I did not. When I declined X-rays, they refused to perform an exam or to even clean my teeth. I was told that they could lose their license if they didn't take X-rays every two years. I pointed out that I had been paying my premium all this time, but that didn't matter. Customer Service sent me to the office in Medford where they did clean my teeth and perform an exam without X-rays. I am changing my insurance, and will never go here again.

Lisa and Emma were absolutely fantastic they got me in early and were a pleasure. They took care of me and made sure my teeth were clean and healthy and I was comfortable and taken care of. I recommend Willamette to anyone who is looking for a new dental or orthodontal place they truly do take care of you and care about you. Service is quick and painless I look forward to every appointment. Whole family goes here and we all couldn't be any happier the service is amazing and we will continue to go here and enjoy the kind faces. Overall fine establishment, great tech, even better people.

I had gone to Bright now and they always out scheduled me and would never fix my filling just kept wanting to do x Ray's and cleanings. Today was my first day a willamate and they are doing the filling today instead of making me wait months and months like Bright Now.

The dentist refused on multiple occasions to refer me to a dental surgeon to remove my wisdom teeth. My teeth are very tight together with no room in the back for more teeth to grow in. Upon my wisdom teeth growing in and not being fully ruptured, giving me infection under the gums I asked again and the dentist wouldn't do it. Instead said I should flush my gum that is covering my tooth with mouthwash every day for the rest of my life. Knowing (with no medical experience) that this makes zero sense, I went to a different dentist who was shocked that they weren't removed before they even came in as x rays showed there was no room for them. On top of that, it is extremely unhealthy and makes no sense to leave a tooth that won't fully rupture and keeps creating infection in the mouth. Finally getting them removed like they should have been 2 years ago. 4 people in my family went to this office, none impressed.

Because they wanted me to get the best in care for everything from clearity to understand about what they are going to be doing & WHY ! Unlike others in the same field π that act like they doing you a favor and get your money and slap you on the back and say see you soon to get more things done , hopefully things that need to DONE ! Anyways I'm glad that I found this place , I'm getting things done and exsplained to me !! everything! THAT is the ultimate sign from a professional team who CARES ABOUT you and of course not just about the money !

I do not recommend Willamette Dental Group Insurance coverage. It's a waste of money due to their limited abilities and staff that doesn't readily provide information to the patients about their teeth.
