Dr Tooke and Dr Marshall and all who work there are wonderful. They have been our family dentists for over 20 years and have seen to our dental health as all of our children have grown. From the front desk to the treatment chair, we always feel valued, respected and safe.

What can I say I love love love them all!. This is from a girl who did not go to the dentist for years because of fear. I was so stressed going that my entire right side of my back would spasm.

I see Dr. Marshall. I love his assistant, the folks behind the desk who help so much figuring out payments and cost, my hygienist is fantastic.

The location is very central, very easy parking.

The customer service is amazing. I called for the total I paid last year for my taxes. Within 10 minutes I had a file in my email with detailed payment!

And they laugh at my jokes.

I've been going 5 or 6 years.

My whole family goes here and we couldn’t love it more. Thanks to Dr. Tooke and his assistants for always making my visits so easy. I’ve had to have a lot of work done through the years and I can’t say one bad thing about any of those visits. Going to the dentist isn’t fun, but I never dreaded going thanks to this office. I recently had a change in work and my insurance doesn’t cover coming here anymore, but I still come here for cleanings and it’s worth paying out of pocket! They’re the best!

Dr. Marshall, Daphne, Julie, Heather & everyone else at the Hawthorne office are so wonderful! First off the doc does it all-no referring out for this & that! He is incredibly skilled & also a nice person! I had a particularly unique situation as my husband & I are traveling the USA living full time in our Class A RV so our home moves often! I had 2 kind of big issues & they weren't simple patch & go. Daphne got me in & due to an unusual cancellation they had the hours readily open up! Dr. Marshall & Julie worked on me from 9:15-1:15! I can't say enough about these people & the dedication Dr. Marshall has as well as his staff! This should be your only choice! Thank you so much everyone!

Dr. Tooke, Justin and staff are friendly, helpful and thorough on my father’s FREE consultation appointment for teeth implants. We had a lot of questions and concerns I wanted to address during our free consultation; and knowing this I didn’t want to consume soo much of the Dr.’s time so I just asked a few quick questions and thanked the man so that he can be relieved and continue on with the rest of his patients but he continued to sit and explain further more and insisted to go the extra mile by examining my fathers dentures because my father had been without his entire teeth since December of last year and offered to re-adjust it so that it’s more fitted, comfortable and bearable so he can at least be able to eat!! Nice guy and friendly staff! We haven’t yet started on my father’s implant surgery with Dr. Tooke but I have a good feeling this is the right fit!!

I was referred to Dr. Marshall, and Dr. Tooke'a office by a friend years ago. And haven't gone anywhere else since. And now, my father sister and other friends and family go to them as well. They're amazing doctors and have an amazing staff. I always feel so at ease with their care and will never go anywhere else. They're the best of the best!!

Best team ever. I know what I'm able to be talking about. This team is highly professional from front desk to how they get the job done. Bridgette at the desk is an angel. What I mean is that she will go to battle for you, protect you, fend and advocate. Doc Marshall is a pro and delicate. The end result has been such a pleasure to live with.

Just found this office through my insurance. Needless to say, I am terrified to go to the dentist, as I’m sure many other people are. Dr. Tooke and his assistant Frankie were very kind and understanding of my fear and were actually able to make me laugh even though I was a blubbering mess. They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed during the replacement of my broken filling. They also continued to ask how I was feeling throughout the whole process which only made me feel more comfortable. Even though things are a little different because of new regulations due to the Covid pandemic the office staff is very helpful and open to all questions. I’m relieved to have finally found an office I can start building trust with and bringing my family on board. Thanks guys!

I had a dental emergency, and was able to see Dr.Tooke. I have an anxiety disorder and all the staff there was very caring and understanding of my specail situation. Never once making me feel embarrassed or foolish. I have a lot of co-workers who are looking for a dentist under our special plan and I plan on telling them all about how wonderful Heritage Dental is and how much I truly appreciate the kindness of Dr took and his assistant.

I’ve never had a bad experience coming here. This is by far my favorite clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff is exceptional, so friendly and knowledgeable. Its obvious they enjoy working there. I wouldn’t think of switching to another clinic. I have two little girls and they have been so great with them. They love and trust Dr Tooke and his staff.
