I can only speak of the receptionist since I haven't been treated yet. I happened to forget my cleaning appointment. I got called twice in a row (I accidently denied the first one) and I got such attitude for missing my appointment. She said he was trying to call me all day I had no calls all day except for those two. Going lengths to ask me how close I am to the office and complaining about how they're always booked out (but I still got an appointment the week after). I wish I caught her name, but she was really rude and it made me uncomfortable. I'm already terrified of dentists, I don't need any other reason not to go.

I have never been to a dental facility where anyone has given me a tour, that was so nice! The facility itself is beautiful. Everyone was extremely friendly and kind to me. My hygienist Bihn was so extremely kind to me the entire way. I've never been treated so well at a dentist office in my life!

First time coming here as I was home on vacation and really in need of a teeth cleaning. The staff was able to get me an appointment while I was home and where very nice and helpful and walked me through everything they where doing. I’ve had cleanings as well as dental work done at Above Dental. My whole family goes there and we’ve all been happy with the services. Interesting story... I got an estimate at my old office before I moved to the Oregon Coast and the old dentist, who I trusted, said I had a lot of work to be done. My new dentist at Above Dental said he didn’t see the need for the work. It’s been two years and I’ve had no problems. My hygienist is Bing Nguyen and I highly recommend her. She’s really helped me achieve my dental health goals. 😁

Made the appointment a week ago to get a filling redone. Showed up and they didn’t know why I was there or have record of the filling that they charged me for. The dental assistant was very rude and was trying to tell me I had it done somewhere else and when i explained to her that I didn’t she “couldn’t handle talking to me” anymore and went and got the office manager who also is very rude and by the looks of these other 1 star reviews, am not wrong. Wanted to charge me for a service they already had done. Will not recommend to anyone

Very nice people. The hygienist Porscha, is very good. I cant believe how gentle and precise she is. I really didn't mind having my teeth cleaned. Ill be back in six months. Thanks to everyone at Above Dental.
