The only reason I'm giving more than 1 star, is due to the fact that all of the staff is amazing, minus Jody. Jody made me cry and called me a liar when I tried to explain what had happened. She didn't want to help me, she just wanted to tell me how wrong I was. Apparently complaining about the way I got treated by their office manager isn't ok, and they decided they didn't want to deal with me anymore. I just didn't want to deal with Jody ever again. Anyway, I found a much better and much friendlier dental office in the area so it's a blessing in disguise. But watch out if you ever have to deal with their unprofessional and rude office manager, Jody.

The dentist is great to work with as is his assistant. Unfortunately, support staff person Jody is rude and is not empathetic. She refused to bill my dental insurance leaving me hanging

What a wonderful experience! I am visiting from out of town and had a minor dental emergency that was very painful and Above Dental was able to see me to assess the very same day, and get me on the schedule within two business days for the procedure. The office is very soothing and upscale, the whole staff is very kind, helpful, caring and thorough and the Dr. made me feel extremely comfortable very quickly and brought his sense of humor in full swing - overall I don’t think it could have gone any better! I had been putting off seeing the dentist because of anxiety and start to finish they made every step smooth and compassionate - truly grateful for them, only wish I lived here so I could go back regularly.

All of the staff was very friendly from the first appt until my full cleaning. I had not been to the dentist in awhile & they made me feel good. Let me start by saying this office is AMAZING..... I have a fear of the dentist like most people and the whole team at above dental have made it easy for me to get all the work don't that I need while making me as comfortable as possible. I have been to other dentists who don't care at all but these guys are the best in the business.
