Friendly and informative dentists. All their equipment looked new and state of the art. One of the most painless dentist experiences I had. Also went in with my daughter who’s 5 and afraid of the dentist but she actually had a great time and even asks me when we’re going back. Thanks Oregon city smiles for a great experience!!

What a great experience! Everyone from the receptionist to the doctors are so kind. Ashley and Dr.Ji both did an amazing job explaining things and answering questions for me! Ashley also made me feel comfortable every step of the way-such a big difference from past experiences at the dentist. I can honestly say I’m excited to go back to the dentist!

The best experience I have ever had, no insurance they make everything so easy to understand and just the best place ever. I had insure and this is still cheaper, no judgment they treat you amazing the ladies that I had took out my tooth and they were just amazing. No one wants to go to a dentist no one is happy when they leave but this was an amazing experience for me and totally different from my past dentists. Masks are required but I didnt have a problem at all.

Doctor was cold. I was in severe pain. I needed a root canal. I was told it would cost $600 WITH insurance. No payment plan offered. But also no sympathy for the pain I was in (not once did I ask for pain medication while I was there). As soon as I said I can’t afford that price she offered me no other help what so ever. 3D Imaging is not covered by most insurance company’s. It’s close to a $300 charge. I should have the choice to use that service or not. I felt like I wasn’t good enough for this place. Made me feel dirty and ashamed. I had to walk out after receiving no help what so ever.
I also HAD to ask what it would cost for an extraction because the doctor or the assistant gave me no other options after I said I can’t afford the root canal procedure.
Extraction was $36 SMH
I should note I was a new patient. Also front desk assistant was very nice. It was a very clean environment and a nicely put together dental office.

Very stress free and very professional. Love it here. The staff from the receptionist, office manager, dental assistants, dental hygienists, and doctor are there to make your experience the best and most comfortable they can. Will definitely be going back.
