Been a patient for 5+ years now and I just love this office. Angie does a great job cleaning my teeth along with my family. I recommend all of the doctor's Dr. Neeka, Dr. Allender , Dr. CAllan and last but not least Dr. Taylor. Some times my normal doctor Dr. Raleigh is busy or not in so I see someone else. They take great care of me.

I can’t say enough how amazing Pioneer Dental Group is! My daughter (11) and I had the best dental experience there. I want to thank Angie, who helped coordinate our appointments and getting us in so quickly due to our dental needs. My daughter saw Dr. Allender and he was so patient and gentle with her knowing she has anxiety when it comes to any form of dental work. He made sure she was super comfortable and not in any pain. Along with the assistant Trisha who went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and constantly reassuring her that she was doing a good job. Mandy also came and checked in and helped with X-rays and making sure my daughter was ok. Everything was very well explained and it was followed with time to ask any questions I might have.

At my appointment I saw Lauren (my hygienist) who was also amazing. She listened to my needs/concerns and made sure I was as comfortable as could be. She took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and explaining things so clearly. I saw Dr. Neeka, who was just as amazing. She was very thorough and also took time to explain everything and making sure all my questions were answered.

All the office staff were great too! It was by far the best dental experience we’ve had in quite a long time. I highly recommend them as your dental provider!

They have been very helpful on my dental journey, making sure I understand everything. Helping me fight my insurance which is always great. My dental health has inpmroved quite a bit since having the help from my care team. Shoutout to carol! For always helping me during my cleanings, and giving me tips and tricks to make sure my dental health is on point!

Carol and Dr. Callan did a great job with my first appointment as a new patient. They offered me options for my plan of care. Overall very smooth process and will be returning!

My wife and I very upset with them because they always demand payment before treatment which we think is very wrong .

Carol Bloom and Mai were AMAZING! Compassionate, skilled, and adaptive to my particularly difficult circumstances she not only did amazing work but also had excellent bedside manner and was incredibly reassuring in the face of significant hesitation and obstacles! Would highly recommend!!

I had neglected my dental care far too long due to severe anxiety associated with a past crown placement. When I couldn’t wait anymore I went to Pioneer Dental, where I was treated with such kindness and care. Dr Luke Allender and dental assistant Marisa Okland were so patient with me, and helped me find a comfortable way to get through the treatment I needed. I now have a healthy mouth and will not hesitate going back for continued care. Thank you both!!

This place is incredible. I have a terrible dental history due to drug addiction in my past, and its been terrifying to fix my teeth after i got clean. But i found pioneer dental on Google and based off their reviews i gave them a shot. From the moment I walked in I was greeting by the front desk staff warmly, i was taken back for my exam with Dr Taylor and Steph. I ended up getting the opportunity to get a wisdom tooth removed then and there because of a cancellation and while i had a panic attack they all comforted me and supported me. Simplest visit ever not even 40 mins, the insurance lady was super precise and explained all my costs quickly and easily understandable. My new dentist from now on. Bravo

First the Good: The dental hygienist was super friendly and attentive to my needs. Being in the chair makes me uncomfortable and nervous and she did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable.

Now the bad: I came in with swelling and severe jaw pain. The dentist identified the issue and provided a treatment plan. Upon checking out and trying to schedule, I was told that there was nothing available for another 25 plus days. Then I was asked by Melissa, "Can you pay for the scheduled service in full? NO?!?, ok... then how much can you put down because we will not help you if you can't pay." She said it in a rude and judgey attitude. I never said I was expecting free work, just that I did not want to pay over $1200 at this moment as I had not expected so little to be covered by insurance. This was for a visit scheduled 25 days out, after all, so I expected I could be billed when I showed up for that appointment. She was super pushy and made me feel like I was at a used car dealership.

The dentist also did not provide an antibiotic for my infection, nor did he provide any pain management direction. Because of the experience and the long wait time to be seen again, I decided to look around and found another dentist with much earlier availability. Being in great pain for almost another month was not something I wanted to endure. I have since called and asked for my medical records to be sent but was told Melissa would have to call me back. I have called 3 days in a row, still not return call. I am in pain and this dental office is incapable of something as simple as returning my phone call so I can be seen by another provider. This is not how patients should be treated. My new dentist is appalled that no antibiotics were prescribed and described this as "negligent!" and I happen to agree. Also the treatment plan was FAR more excessive than it needed to be. Feels like they are prescribing work that doesn't need to be done just to make the bill larger.

Maybe this staff was having an off day. I don't really care though. I get that they are booked out and have no issue with that, but the lack of professionalism is just not acceptable.

I originally went to Pioneer Dental after having unsatisfactory results from a different denture office in Wilsonville. I came to Pioneer dental to get a new lower partial made. After the new partial was completed I developed an infected tooth at no fault of theirs which led to the need for implants.
Dr. Raleigh went above and beyond to make it possible for me to get implants both emotionally and financially.
The entire office from the front desk to the financial staff to the dental crew and the doctors were always so very kind and understanding. They were also able to work around my work schedule which was awesome.
One thing I have never before experienced from a dentist ever was an evening phone call. Dr. Allender called after each of my procedures to see how I was doing.
The feeling that they cared about me was above and beyond the normal doctor patient relationship.
They don't just do the job they do the job right.
I can't put into words how grateful I am to the entire team at Pioneer Dental and the Revolution office for the results I have today.
