What a warm, welcoming experience from all! The two dentists I saw were wonderful. However it is all of the support staff that makes this place truly awesome. Brie, Melissa and Kay all made me feel comfortable and cared for. I very highly recommend Carol, she's an amazing dental hygienist. So kind & no pain - Thank you!

Came to pioneer dental today to look into implants and the staff was just amazing. 1st time here but everyone treated me as if it wasnt, Dr. Raleigh was super helpful in explaining all my options and Jessica and Amy were the best, they had awesome personalities and the total experience was delightful. Yesterday, January 8, 2022 was my first visit. In a nut shell, they are the best all around team I have ever had. Individually and as a team they are very impressive. I went from sad to happy and laughing by the time I left. It was also fair priced.

Edit- Disappointed in a crown and the whole process. They told me it would be a specific tooth, but after they did the work I discovered they actually did a completely different tooth than I was told! I would not have had the procedure done on that tooth at that time had I known. They blamed it on the receptionist/scheduler, but the dentist doing the work also indicated the same thing right before the procedure. Bad communication from a health establishment to say the least! I am not sure if I will go back at this point. Nice office otherwise, but not to trusting of the communication after this.
First time visit. I was very impressed with Desiree who helped me thru out the visit. She was extremely efficient, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the level of technology to see my teeth and gums, but also how easy they made it for me to understand the issues. I recommend this office and would say I felt I was in good hands!
