I was have some real pain one morning at work. My wife found and made this appointment for me. First I am to stubborn to go to the doctor. second The medieval tools that always goes with the dentist. Third I cant repeat what my wife calls me for never going. Well I showed up "not to seem like a blow by blow but be leave me this is a major victory for me I argued with my self for over hour trying to get out of it" I was greeted with some very welcoming front office staff, then the Doc and the His assistant " sorry I am bad with names" were happy and informative. not only did they see me the same day to tell me what needed to be done with my tooth. They were able to fix next day. Shy of using crayons the doc was able to explain my options in a way I understood. Long story short I am actually looking forward to going back for a cleaning. everyone was nice and put up with my jokes. the owners should be very proud, because this in not just a normal dentist office with hired staff, this is a family.

The best, highly trained, & super caring team I have ever found at Dental Office. They use the latest equipment & the Techs, Front Office, & Dentists are the best you can find. Highly qualified team that works together like a smooth running machine. Super polite & professional, it all comes together under their roof. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. Just had my first root canal and I have to say that Dr Cheah and Jessica were amazing! It wasn't nearly as bad as I expected, and they talked me through the whole thing and made me feel comfortable. Great people, great care, and it was a great experience considering the procedure. I highly recommend Pioneer dental!

The experience I had here was AMAZING!! I live in Houston, TX and was out in Oregon for a very short time and needed urgent work to get done and they were able to accomplish all my needs!! Dr. Bradley and his Assistant Karen made me feel comfortable because lord knows I was nervous in the beginning.

Today, I write this review after an extremely critical procedure. Yes critical because it's cutting, yes critical because dentists are scary. I am getting implant surgery. I was severely abused when I was young. Just a little girl. 23 or so. My teeth were knocked out. I have had to look in the mirror for many years and remember that moment and Dr Tong got me through this today. I get to have a full head of teeth and a pretty smile again and never remember that moment. Blessings and Healing happen when you just keep breathing. When you just keep on believing and find kind gentle humans along the way. In goods hands here. Please come see Dr. Tong.🙏
