My 5 year old had her first visit today. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The process was easy. Nichole was so nice and very patient while cleaning her teeth and giving x-rays. Dr. Nebeker was awesome and so fun when explaining about the sugar bugs, to get her to understand about eating candy and the importance of taking care of her teeth. Kay and Deanna were so nice and helpful with the billing process and scheduling future visits. 10/10 recommend Dental Group.

This was my first time here. Kay, the schedule coordinator, was so funny and sweet. She explained my insurance really well. Sarah B. was my dental hygieneist. I found her to be so welcoming and thoughtful of my feelings. I have anxiety, and she made me feel safe. Dr. Nebeker had good energy, and I could tell he loves his job, and cares about my dental care. I would recommend this office to family and friends.

Dr. Raleigh called me personally after services ! Mandy at the front desk was exceptional in her care and made me comfortable from the start, working on insurance for me. Angie was fantastic during my deep cleaning, very personable. Aly made me comfortable as she helped the dentist prepare my crown! Great team at Pioneer Dental, highly recommend!

Another update: My husband and I both had to come back extra times because our crowns were not correct (his was the wrong shade, mine the wrong shape). So that’s an extra trip we each had to take out of our day, withstand the shots, etc. Also, they sent me to Revolution Dental and I was in a room with two doors open facing into the hallway with people walking by the whole time. It felt like having dental work done in the middle of a shopping mall.
Update: Aaron and Dr. Pham just provided a painless and wonderful crown! I didn’t even feel the injection!

I really hate to have to update my previous 5 star review but based on what I’ve experienced today, I must. I had my temporary crown fall off. Last night I called and the on call dentist said there would be 2 dentists and plenty of staff in today. Today I called and talked to both Melissa and Braya who said they nobody could see me for 4 hours. We were on our way out of town and I asked if I could wait in the lobby to see if someone could see me between appointments since it would only take a minute or so to put the temporary back into place. They rudely stated “you can sit here for hours and hours if you wish”. Then they said they could get me in a few days later. I had received a message that my permanent crown was in and asked if they could just put that in at that point. They claimed that the crown wasn’t in despite the voicemail and again with the rude tone (from Braya) said “well that has to do with the back and I don’t see it”. I asked to speak to a manager and they claimed that they weren’t available. How convenient. Just very unwilling to help at all and now I have to deal with a cap that’s literally in pieces for days.

This office is by far one of the most friendly and fun offices I've ever been at. They truly know how to work as a team and and perform excellent patient care. Dr Raleigh is phenomenal and his hospitality really makes you feel comfortable and confident while sitting in the chair. All the assistants are efficient and know what they're doing. By far 10/10! You guys rock! Thanks for an awesome experience ;)
