Honestly the best dental experience I’ve had! Everyone at the office is so nice, and Keara + Dr. Callen in particular are just fabulous! They think of all the small details that make such a difference: teeth/bite cushions so your jaw doesn’t get tired, plenty of anesthetic so there’s no discomfort, and always ready to talk through things in an easy to understand way. I don’t love going to the dentist, but I have so much less anxiety going here and knowing I’ll be well taken care of! Definitely recommend

Came in to get some crowns and Neeka was the one who was taking care of me. She explained all of my options for taking care of myself until my follow up, was willing to hear my cheese dad jokes (I made sure not to torture her) and made me feel like the questions I had were valid and answered them with great insight and kindness. I plan on seeing her next time I'm in. This place is such a treat!

Steph, Dr. Neeka, Melissa and Morriah were all so helpful and I really felt well cared for. Dr. Neeka worked with me on a treatment plan that evolved a few times, to perfectly fit my needs and with my best interest/least amount of pain and suffering in mind. Every employee I interacted with has been so friendly and welcoming! I truly feel well cared for at Pioneer Dental.

Went in with a cavity that really started bugging me. They did X rays and didn't even use the vest to protect me, the "Dr" didn't even explain my x-ray to me just put some ice on my tooth, looked around and told me I need 2 root canals, and because of my dental anxiety/gagging issues. I would have to be put to sleep. $6000 for that.. I decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out all I needed was 2 small fills and to just have the back tooth removed $700 and he gave me a helicon to get me through the appointment. This place tried to give me a procedure I did NOT need at all. I the whole experience was extremely rushed and it made my fear for dental a lot worse. But gentle dental came to the rescue. Don't go here if you want an entire mouth full of root canals. Also paid $170 for them to do 3 x rays with 0 care and lie to me. Wish I could get that back

This has been my go-to dentist for years now and no regrets, today my hygienist was Carol and she's lovely. The whole office is friendly and efficient, lobby is nice, free drinks fridge and generally a great dental experience! :)

Carol the hygienist was over the top excellent with my fears, and Dr Neeka was also very kind and understanding of my fears. Would recommend Pioneer Dental group to anyone, especially those with anxiety issues

Found it off putting to be pushed pretty hard at my first appointment to write a review, and bribed with a Dutch Bros coffee card for doing so, which I declined. Very glad I held off until a few more appointments had happened, to get a better feel for things. Was told I needed a crown for a 'fractured' filling, and given no other options besides a crown (had same thing with prev dentist on a different tooth, who optioned crown, or removing and replacing filling.) When I asked about this, was told no, crown is the only way, and obvs, it's the more expensive of the two, $70 on prev tooth at different dentist, vs just shy of $600 for the crown here. But, they're the experts, right? So, I go ahead and speak to billing who checks my insurance, and I prepaid the full the amount for the service and was told on each following appointment I owed nothing more. Then a couple months go by, and I start getting bills. Called today to find out if they are legit, not an error, and was told that though I prepaid the full amount, "that it may have been true at the time I paid, it was the full amount, but "things must have changed" afterwards, and did I want to pay my bill?" Nope. And cancel my next appointment and don't contact me again. Bottom line...wonderful hygienists and assistants, doc was only seen briefly and spoke to me as if reading the legal disclaimers at the bottom of a car commercial, seemingly could not wait to get out of the room fast enough...and I've always thought of myself as a good patient, as I like going to the dentist. If you do give them a try....I advise you wait a bit on putting in your own review.
