I am from Colorado and spent sometime in Oregon before leaving on a 7month long overseas trip. I wanted to leave with a good bill of health so I came here for a cleaning and exam. They did an awesome job and were very thorough. I came across some insurance billing issues after the visit, while over seas, and they helped me promptly with everything. I definitely recommend and when I come back from my trip I will definitely go back for my 6month cleaning!

Love the dentist but front desk is pushy and rude. We had an issue with being over charged on upfront payments. After being reimbursed with credits several times, there was a change in my plan for dental work. I was charged in full. Despite contradicting information and being informed that insurance probably would cover it, they still would not return my payment of over $500.

Best dentist ever. As a military member they always have the forms for me that is needed, they also always text and call you days and also hours before your appointment to remind you. Best ever.

Coppertop has been a lifesaver - tooth saver - for me! Both my husband and I are patients of Dr. Olson and can’t recommend him and his staff enough. We’ve both had scaling and root planning done this year, and while NOT FUN, the staff made it as enjoyable as possible. Our entire experience Coppertop has been wonderful.

Dr. Olson has been our dentist since he purchased the practice from the prior owner. Dr. Olson has always been professional and explains in detail any dental work that needs to be performed. My hygienist, Alana has been the best. Dr. Olson assistant has always been friendly and definitely knows what she is doing. They also take very good care of my mother who is 91 years old. Susan at the front desk has a very welcoming manner.

Front reception lady was very nice and informative on her company, I asked her question on her company that she new quickly. Then some sparky very funny lady brought me back for x rays that she also was very nice and friendly, I normally dont like go to the dentist but this place made me feel welcome. The dentist came in and examined my teeth not judging or over selling me work, great people cant wait for my next visit,
