Alexis Atchinson, DDS

Dr. Alexis and team went above and beyond my expectations for what was planned for today's treatment. I thought I was going to get a tooth fixed and not only did I get my tooth repaired but I also got a Bonus and she fixed my front tooth that has been chipped for probably more than 7 years and at the same time evaluated my bite which will most likely prevent me from future tooth loss. She is by far the most thorough dentist I've ever worked with. She and her assistant, Jaime, who is also awesome at her job, work incredibly well together, it was a flawless and enjoyable experience! And NO PAIN AT ALL during appointment. An awesome bunch of ladies at Dr. Alexis' dental office. I know where I'll be sending all my friends and family now. Thanks Dr Alexis and team..!!!😁

The staff is amazing. My procedure was fast and performed perfectly. The staff and Dr. Atchinson are so genuine and caring. Best dentist I have ever had, by far!!

I do not enjoy visiting the dentist for a variety of issues/concerns. But this office has totally changed my negative opinion. All of their work performed has been great, fast, high quality and most importantly, at least to me, as pain free as you can ask for. A very pleasant experience all the way around!!!

I actually enjoy going to get my teeth cleaned at Dr. Alexis' practice. The staff are all friendly, informative, and fun to chat with while checking in for my appointment. That said, even with the enjoyable, friendly chatter, they always seem to stay on schedule. I don't have to wait because of some "unknown delay" that seems to happen to my friends when they go to their dentist office. Vickie cleaned my teeth efficiently and didn't ask me questions that required involved answers while she was working in my mouth...very much appreciated. Dr. Atchinson came in and did a very thorough examination to make sure my teeth were healthy and that I understood what she was looking for and why...again, very much appreciated.

On a side note, my wife passed away recently and Dr. Atchinson and her staff sent me a sympathy card which surprised and pleased me very much. It's certainly one of the many things that has "endeared me" to this dentist office...five stars doesn't seem to be enough...

Dr.Atchinson and her whole staff are AMAZING!! The time taken to make sure you understand what is happening is GREAT! The way they made my autistic teen feel totally at ease. Explaining each step as they went. This made he appointment a breeze!

Our family opted to switch dentists after our previous one stopped being preferred with our insurance. I found Dr. Atchinson on Google and verified she was a preferred provider. Their Google reviews were phenomenal which stood out to me since most people dread the dentist's office. My kids, ages 4 and 6, visited first for initial exam and cleaning. From scheduling until checkout, the experience was top notch. The front office was friendly, lobby clean, nice little Kuerig to use while waiting (although we did not have to wait long enough to even use it). Both dental assistants were amazing with our kids, as was Dr. Atchinson herself. I visited the following week and had equally as a great of an experience. Dr. Atchinson drafted a treatment plan, gave a written detail of anticipated costs, and then were 100% okay with not immediately scheduling the proposed work (new dental benefit to begin 1/1/20). I've had high-pressure tactics in the past but they just genuinely let me know that it would be on file, that I could call and schedule, and left it at that. The office books occasional Saturday appointments which is awesome for when people work M-F and/or have kids in school.

After the 3 of us had completed our appointments I was waiting for the catch....surely a medical/dental experience in Douglas County could not be so seamlessly pleasant. I waited with anticipated dread for a bill with odd-ball charges not appropriately billed/paid to insurance already planning 1-2 hours of my life to spend on the phone with billing to square it away. ALAS, the bill came and it was exactly as anticipated! It was amazing.

All staff seemed highly competent and qualified. Moreover, however, the experience itself was overwhelmingly positive both for myself and my children from scheduling until the bill arrived. Highly recommend.

After some bad experiences with other dentists. I was extremely uneasy about going, but Alexis and her staff quickly changed that. They were so welcoming, so thorough, and truly so much fun to be around. I could’ve hung out there all day! Finding them was such a blessing, and for the first time ever, I look forward to going back ☺️ Thank you so much, Dr Atchinson and team!

I definitely recommend Dr. Atchinson DDS for any of your dental needs!! They have an amazing staff that treat you like family! Dr. Atchinsone is so gentle, I didnt feel a thing! I can actually say I am happy to go to the dentist now!
