Great visit to Harvard Dental group yesterday. Because of covid-19 I haven't been in 2 years so was a little worried about getting a lecture from my Hygienist....... Beth my Hygienist was Great...... nice gentle thorough cleaning.............the best part my X-rays showed no cavities.
Doctor Adams did his after cleaning exam show me some potential future problems with some 30+ year old fillings that will need replaced in the future. His exam was very thorough and I was excited to have Healthy gums.
Doctor Adams and this office have been in business for years....... You will be Happy with this place.

Dr. Adams & his staff are amazing! Always on-time. I never felt like they were rushed. Very very friendly & kind. Dental hygienist was so thorough & answered all my concerns & was knowledgeable. I had a few cavities plus required new caps. My front teeth look better than they ever have. Would highly recommend 👍

Because I spent 25 years in communication education, I do pay particular attention to how others communicate in professional environments. I had my first appointment at Harvard Dental Group yesterday. I was immediately impressed with how clear the communication was, how options were presented and procedures were explained, and how my questions were heard and answered. To me, this was very important. Also, the hygienist was both gentle and thorough.

I've been to a half dozen dental offices over the years. This office is the best so far! Clean and sanitized. All the office staff are friendly, polite and amazing. My teeth cleaning was the best ever! Karen took her time. Dr. Adam's is very professional and took plenty of time examining and explaining to me my situation. No rush job here. 5 STARS!!!

Harvard Dental Group is a great clinic. The staff are all kind and the hygienists are great! Everybody is helpful and willing to answer any questions you have, even if they're kind of odd questions. Dr. Adams is a GREAT dentist. I almost never even FEEL his shots, he's THAT good. When I DO feel them, they don't hurt, I'm just aware of the motion. He's always on top of his patients' care and keeps excellent track of anything that needs watching so it can be handled when it NEEDS to be, not before, and not after it's become a big problem. I've seen several of the hygienists over time, and they've all helped me keep my teeth cleaner between visits, by helping me figure out where I am missing spots while brushing. My only complaint is that they keep the working part of the office (not the waiting area) fairly cool, so I (personally) need to wear a sweatshirt or the like when I go there. But that might just be ME, and not their fault at all. I really don't have any other complaints, which is pretty remarkable, when you think about all the things that can go wrong in the average medical office these days! I would recommend them wholeheartedly and I have.

As always, Dr. Adams and his staff are kind, thoughtful, and caring. They always let me know what is happening, what instruments they will be using, and what future care I may need. I always feel welcome at Harvard Dental. I give them two thumbs way, way up!!

Harvard dental is amazing! Everyone from Dr. Adams, the front desk, the hygienists, and assistants are so professional and friendly, they make me feel like I am family. Dr. Adams is such a great dentist he takes the time to make sure I am getting the best care possible I couldn’t image ever going to another dentist!
