I was having a dental emergency and was assured they could help. I arrived in excruciating pain at 7am, given a free cup then paraded around the facility on a bragging tour to be shown a coffee bar and awards on the wall. I was told I could get my first cleaning and pain addressed after purchasing their “club” discount package only to be told after an extensive wait they couldn’t fit me in. 6 hours later I received a $7000 treatment “plan”, $3000 referral, promises for a future appointment and ZERO treatment. Not even a temporary filling. I tried to return to get pain addressed by extracting the tooth and to use my $700 discount plan for cleaning only to be told they had to ask if it was “ok” to schedule me. If you are someone that suffers from depression, anxiety, or is experiencing grief this office is not trauma informed and will humiliate you further while spinning it into “education”. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your experience too bad. Refunds are NOT considered. This dentist has a lifestyle and image to maintain. If you have unlimited time and money and enjoy car salesman tactics, paying for fluff disguised as “service”, embarrassment, pain, confusion, snarky toned desk staff, giving your hard earned dollars away and being treated like a child this is the place for you. Please use my money to actually help someone. 5 stars for successfully providing nothing and stealing my money.

When I arrived at the office still had to fill out all the new patient paper work. They quickly helped me out getting it finished and then took me back for my exam. Everyone is kind and helpful and I felt comfortable. I already have another appointment for my root canal to be fixed. Thank you everyone at Dr Allonson Random.

Great experience and the staff was very helpful. My smile was non-existent because of poor dental health. This place helped fix my smile and the staff was fantastic and rewarding to work with. Not a single negative vibe, no negativity from my lack of good dental habits in my past.

Dr. Randol and his team showed up to (very generously) offer free dental care to Veterans in honor of their service. It was busy but the staff handled it with their usual over-the-top customer service and genuine caring. Thank you everyone.

I really enjoy the staff, they are very professional and nice and my Dental hygienist is the best with such knowledge of her job she is quite the educator regarding oral hygiene. I feel comfortable and calm there. Thank you for being the best

I need to have my teeth cleaned every four months. I have had multiple dental hygienist over the last couple of years and each and every one of them have been very personable and always made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I recommend this office!!

As always, Dr. Alanson Randol, DDS has a very good Office, and personnel. My person, Shelly aka Hygienist is so good. She worked on my teeth, and they feel great. It is appreciated. Shelly has been there a long time, we are grateful/thankful for that. Thank you!!

WOW! I was treated with courtesy and respect and asked multiple times about my comfort! The staff was polite, efficient, and painlessly delt with my dental issue with professional care. This was a veterans event but I'll be going back for my regular dental needs. Thank you!

Dr Randol has been my dentist for more than 15 years. He is a great dentist and has always shown compassion for my dental phobias...which now seem to be gone.
He and his staff are always kind, caring and professional. I leave that office every 6 months with some really great new tips from the hygienist on how to take care of my teeth.
