I absolutely love this place. Every staff member is completely knowledgeable and very friendly. You feel like family with every visit. They are all very thorough in every aspect of your care from cleanings to explaining your treatment options and insurance coverages. Doctor Hansen will take all the time needed to inform you of any condition needing treatment and what the options you may have. They have set the bar very high for others to compare to.

Called to schedule an appointment for my husband and myself, as we had not been in for any dental care for three years. We were able to be seen in a few days from the initial call. Very professional and friendly office. No belittling that we had not been to a dentist for such a long time. Exam was done by an excellent dentist and the dental tech were equally excellent. All procedures were explained in detail as well as the recommended treatment plans for each of us, deep cleaning- which in my mind was not unexpected. Highly recommend this practice!

Me and my husband have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist so we haven't done a good job with taking our children, we explained that to them and brought our daughter in for a cleaning and xrays. Everyone from the front desk person, the hygenist and the destist were so incredibly kind and not judgmental at all just really understanding and helpful! Danika cleaned my daughter's teeth and even let me come back and sit in the room with her which I really appreciated! I highly highly reccomend!

I enjoy Oregon Smile and my adventure started with the front desk team. The front desk team went the distance to help me get in when I arrived a few weeks early! They made me feel welcome! I even found out one of them attended Houck MS where I work! My teeth cleaning while not easy was painless and thoroughly taken care of. Excellent experience!

My 90 yr old mother received a quote via the phone for a tooth extraction. She went to the dental office and was there a half hour; however, they said that they couldn't extract the tooth due to entangled roots. She couldn't understand why another x-ray was needed since she'd just had them done not long ago, but it's understandable I suppose. What she really couldn't understand is why they charged her the quoted price for the extraction when no actual dental work was preformed, and since no breakdown of the charges were given -- it upset her. It does seem since no work was done that it should have been less than she was charged, and the experience has left us with questions.

Dr. Hansen always takes the time to explain how you are doing in detail, as well as give you any recommendations. Danica is my hygienist and she is always so kind and cheerful. She chats with you during your visit to ease nerves while paying close attention to detail. Oregon Smile is a great place to go because they are not some big corporate name. They treat you like a real person and make everyone feel individually important. I have been to several big name places and none respected my wishes of removing my amalgam filling, and none spent the time with me to explain procedures etc. Dr. Hansen was honest with me when it came to removing my large amalgam filling and said there was a risk due to its large size. He successfully removed it and I never even went in for a bite adjustment. My husband had a crown placed and it looks beautiful! He does great work and I highly recommend his office. All staff are friendly and the atmosphere is wonderful.

1st visit, went pretty well. I was a little nervous. The gal that took me in and did my xrays and everything else did a great job. Loved that she kept a conversation going, she explained to me everything she was about to do. Felt very welcomed. My dentist was great, explained everything that needs to be done and yeah, so far so good. The part I most liked is that the minute I walked in, the front desk gal already knew my name. Very nice and clean place.

I had stopped going to the dentist for decades due to bad experiences I was convinced to try this place and I’m so grateful that I did all these people from the actual doctor to the front office and my hygienist are amazing I don’t recommend going anywhere else

We've been going here for 5 years now. Absolutely love our hygienist! Shes always so friendly, and very gentle, not to mention fast!
Dentist is always friendly, and makes recommendations for care but isn't pushy, making you feel pressured.
I would definitely recommend Oregon Smile Care Center!!!
