We started seeing Dr. Hanson when we moved to Salem in 2012. The staff is warm and friendly, and Dr. Hanson makes us feel comfortable sitting in that chair. After 20 years of feeling self conscious about the appearance of my teeth, thanks to Dr. Hanson and Invisalign I have a beautiful smile!!! And they have already made me feel comfortable about the process of starting to bring my daughter for cleanings when she turns two in October. This is truly a wonderful office!

This office is terrible to get into and requires 2 business days for appointment cancellations or they bill you $75 for a "missed" appointment. I had to wait 2 weeks for a root canal appointment (only certain dentists do them here) only for them to cancel the appointment because my appointment was "accidentally scheduled with the wrong provider" - they then asked me to wait another 3 weeks for a new appointment. I will not be going back and will find an office that values my time as much as they like to bill me for their time.

Julie was wonderful.Dr.Hansen was wonderful. They explained situations to me and I felt well taken care of. It is so refreshing to have a Dentist and dental hygienists that you trust . So happy to be with you.

I like it here, I dont like going to the dentist but I don't mind going here. I forgot my ladies name because I am bad with names but I do like her. She is patient and always asks if I am doing okay. She doesn't make me feel bad about my bad teeth habits. The lady at the front desk always remembers my name and is quick to check me in before I can even ask. Keep up the good work!

Not only does this Dentist office help you with your teeth, they help you make yourself feel better about your smile and make you want to show it off more! I have been coming here for a few years now and I wouldn't change a thing about this place! I also have been looking into the Dental hygiene field and Sean's staff has been very helpful and giving me advice and which direction to go with anything between which schools to apply to and any other questions I have :) I recommend to anyone who is having problems with there teeth or just want to improve there smile to come here! you will not regret it I promise

I hadn’t been to a dentist in about six years when I stepped into the office at Oregon Smile Care Center and to be honest I was a little nervous. Had I done a decent job brushing and flossing since the previous dentist visit back in my home state of Washington? Were they going to judge me for plaque buildup or something? I needn’t have worried one bit. I had my exam, x-ray, and cleaning done by Danika, and she took very good care of me. Some spots did hurt a bit, but she put a little bit of numbing cream on the sensitive areas and that helped immensely. Leaving the office, I couldn’t help but smile - my teeth both looked and felt so much better! I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment!

I've been a patient of Doctor Hanson's for over ten years. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The hygienists (Shandy, Erin, Ashley) are all very sweet and friendly. And their office is very classy. ;)

You only get one chance at a First Impression, and this office Rocked It! The place is beautiful inside and out. I love how they treat you as a person and explained the process every step of the way. I had Dianica (Hopefully I spelled that correct) perform my initial check up today, she was awesome. I appreciate how she remembered my wife and daughter, and shared her personal story. Front desk gets a shout out as well. Welcomed me with a smile and set up my next appointment. Definitely referring this place in the future. Thank you.
