I saw a billboard for Oregon Smile Care Center months ago, but had already been using another dentist office. After repeatedly losing faith in the first dentist, I decided to give Oregon Smile Care Center a try. Best decision ever!! They were able to get my son and I in the very next day. The staff is super friendly, professional and helpful. All of my questions and concerns were addressed in language I can understand; not "doctor speak." I highly recommend them for everyone. This has been the best experience I've ever had with a dentist office!

This is the best dentist my family has ever been to. Everyone at the office is super personable and great with all ages. I feel Doctor Hanson is very conscience and has never suggested unreasonable or unnecessary procedures. They also have been fantastic with scheduling. In emergency situation, I have always gotten right in.

Very nice practice! Called at 8 am on a Monday as a new patient having been in pain since Saturday. They were able to squeeze me in and told me it would be a bit of a wait because they were smooshing me in between appointments. Absolutely fine by me. When I got there I was brought back MUCH quicker than expected. I was in and out within an hour and a half which is amazing considering they did a full exam, full x-rays, and worked up a treatment plan. Having avoided dentists for years due to a bad experience I can easily say I'm so glad I was able to find them. Excellent professional staff with great bed (chair?) side manners. Highly recommend!

Love this place! Oregon Smile Care Center was recommended to me when we moved from Texas to Oregon. They are wonderful! I always judge a dentist office by how nice it looks and they deliver! Everything is super clean, the staff is so nice, and the dentist is fantastic. I drive all the way to Salem from North Albany and it’s way worth the drive.

Fantastic bedside manner and a team that makes dental work like a day at the spa! The day after my appointment to get a crown I forgot that I even went to the dentist because my mouth wasn’t in any pain.

I am very pleased with the customer service and care I was provided at my appointment. I was establishing care and had not been seen by a dentist in a number of years. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and kind. From the moment I entered the building to the moment I was leaving I was very impressed by the staff and their interactions with each other as well as with me as a patient. They have created a very welcoming environment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Everybody was Great! They got me in quickly for a broken tooth that was killing me. I love that they have you fill out paperwork online prior to the appointment, so you are ready to go when you get there. My appointment was quick, efficient, and friendly. These are very nice people!
