Hygienist was quick and capable. She noticed a trouble area and checked it, then had the DDS check it as well. They diagnosed an infection and gave me a prescription and gave me excellent direction. I felt well cared for! They likely solved my mystery headaches and nausea.

My hygienist knows my history and asks questions. When I told her I’m non-binary and that I’m taking testosterone she didn’t bat an eye and only asked my preferred pronouns and entered the date I started taking testosterone. Anyway, I met the new female dentist and she did a very thorough exam of lymph nodes, tongue, tonsils and teeth before my cleaning. This is an excellent dental office!
3rd visit and I’m still happy with this dental clinic! I highly recommend Oregon Smiles.

I appreciate the care I get from everyone at OR Smile Care. Dr. Hanson is very knowledgeable and has done good work on my teeth. I see Danica for my cleanings and she is excellent and very friendly (although I do hope their tech person can get her TV monitor working soon so people can look at pictures on the screen while getting their teeth worked on!). :) The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful. They all make a somewhat stressful situation a positive one. I’m glad a friend referred me here a few years ago!

I always am very comfortable and happy when I go to Dr. Sean. I look forward to the same basic staffing to greet and take care of me. Each one seems to go the extra mile to make me feel welcomed and valued. Whether we’re talking Kortney with finances, Jenna as the receptionist, whether it’s Chandy helping the doctor, or Dr. Sean himself, they all show that they enjoy working there and enjoy working with the patients. This is the first time that I had the dentist actually do fillings. Before it was just an exam and x-rays. The actual dental work went as smooth as could be. It looks great. I’m glad that they took new patients so that I could be one of them.

I have been terrified of going to the dentist for my entire life. When I was around seven or eight I had a dentist leave in the middle of doing a filling. He left because I was crying (not uncontrollably), and he refused to come back inside. I have also gone to MANY different dentists and have NEVER had a good experience (dentists have insulted me, were rude, etc.). I have always had poor dental health so I avoided going to the dentist. I have cancelled many appointments due to having panic attacks before the appointments.
I had a tooth chip and break and I was in a lot of pain, and needed to go into the dentist. After doing research about many different dental offices I found Oregon Smile Care Center.
I emailed ahead of time to ask some questions and got a response back quickly.
I cannot say enough good things about Oregon Smile Care Center!!!
I have never had a bad moment there. The front desk ladies are friendly, kind and caring. They make a point to say your name when you come in and make you feel like they really care.
The hygienists are all friendly and amazing. I got the pleasure of having Danica work on my deep cleaning and she did outstanding.
Both of the dentists that work here are also friendly and give a lot of information about the different processes.
I don't do reviews very often but I needed to get on here and share my experience. I had a phobia of the dentist and it drastically affected my life. I refused to go to the dentist. It got to the point where I just wanted dentures so I would not have to deal with going to the dentist. After visiting Oregon Smile Care Center, my phobia has gone away.

Disappointed! First of all seems like they try to sell stuff not to put the patient needs first. The Dr was not knowledgeable, she even couldn’t understand my old crowns made 20 years ago or maybe she couldn’t see from the old xray machine. The Xray machine is super old that I don’t know how they can understand the images. She also tried to sell me veneers instead of a simple cosmetic technique which they do in Romania without problems …. I definitely didn’t except them to be so behind with technology and knowledge. Also the most superficial teeth cleaning ever!!! And last to mention one of the receptionist that start raising the voice at me when I didn’t understand what she was saying…. What a customer service skills….
I usually don’t write reviews when I don’t like something but i got to make that appointment based on their reviews… which I don’t understand how they have 5 stars reviews, really!
