The staff at Dental Professionals is so great. They always make you comfortable and never force a treatment. Dr. Patel is wonderful, covering for the hygienist on vacation and cleaning my teeth herself! Above and beyond what any other dentist I've been to before. Best experience at a dentist ever!

What can I say? My mother has the worst dental anxiety of anyone in the family. But she can drive herself to appointments here. She is so at ease and comfortable there. The only thing she worries about is the years she went without care. They have taken such great care of her and her teeth to ensure she keeps them as long as possible to aid with her life’s quality and her mental happiness. She loves the staff, especially Jessica. Whom is the most gentle, caring and understanding to her needs I couldn’t ask for better care. Wish my insurance was in their network. 😊❤️

Easy check in and out. Staff is always pleasant, friendly, caring and professional. When you find a dental practice you like, it’s hard to change. I drive almost an hour to see them. That should say a lot.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I Have always been treated with compassion and respect. I have needed a lot of dental work. Going to a dentist who cares about my comfort and understanding of what’s needed helps decrease my anxiety. They offer nitrous which is the final piece for me.

She was gentle, patient and explained each step of the cleaning process.
Her sense of humor and stories helped put me at ease and truly made the whole ordeal a pleasant experience. Dr. Patel thoroughly explained each step and encourage questions to ensure I had a full understanding of what was happening. It may be a small business, but I also feel that is what makes Dr. Patel and staff feel more like a family, than a business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist who views you as family and not just another patient.

I've had nothing but the best experience at Dental Professionals, from the dentists and larger treatment, to the office staff who has been great at communicating and explaining insurance questions. My hygienist is fabulous and very knowledgeable about dental health and how it's affected by general health. I learn something new every visit. I was a wary patient when I first went there about 5 years ago, but now it's easy and stress-free.

This has been wonderful experience for our son who is 27 years old autistic and Non verbal as well as our family. From the moment I spoke to the person who answered the phone to the moment he had his treatment done was pure professionalism. I was unable to attend his treatment because I was ill, first time I missed his dental appointment since he was born. However I feel confident that we found a place who would treat him and respond to his special needs. Shout out to Amy who always asked the phone when I called for your professionalism and kindness. I’m thankful we found dental a home for our son. The reality is that the world does not understand an autistic individual because they are on the spectrum with so many different needs, but these are the kindest people and kindness goes a long ways, it transcends communication. I initially went to meet with the staff which was before I got sick of course it was made by their warmth and professionalism.
