Hands down the best dentist ever. Always incredibly friendly, clean, and accommodating. They remember you and are incredibly efficient. Prime example- I was in and out today for my routine cleaning and exam in less than 20 minutes! Dana is one of my favorite techs. They don’t try to sell you on products, and offer incredible amenities to make your experience better.

I love love love this Rittenhouse Dentist. I left the practice about one year ago when they stopped taking my insurance. Finally found another dentist. When I went last week for a cleaning and x-rays this new dentist said I needed three crowns. I took the x-rays Back to Rittenhouse Dentists for a second opinion. She said I only need a filling and NO crowns. I’m coming back to Rittenhouse dentist! I trust them so much and they are always friendly. If you are looking for a great dentist this is the place!

I may be a rare breed, but any time I’m scheduled to visit Rittenhouse Dentists, I am excited! They are professional and pleasant always. So much so, I get my teeth cleaned every 3 months to prevent any trace of tartar. For anyone that dreads their dental visits, Dr. Balin makes every experience easy and she is as sweet as pie! My experience at Rittenhouse Dentists has always been professional, comfortable and caring. They follow up with reminders for appointments, and always take the necessary time to answer any questions I have. I trust the dental care and recommendations I receive there and am grateful for the level of service they provide!

I’ve been going to Rittenhouse Dentist for 2-3 years now, and I absolutely love them! I’m not the easiest dental patient (general anxiety, gag reflex issues, etc.) and they are always so kind and understanding towards me. And the office itself is very well maintained and welcoming! I will continue going to Rittenhouse Dentist for as long as I live in the city.

I was a regular client of Rittenhouse Dentists up until I lost my dental insurance. I had a filling done by them less than a year ago and thought it had fallen out. They fit me in the next day to be seen and did an evaluation. Turns out my tooth was chipped - nothing to do with the filling. Still, they offered to significantly reduce the cost of re-doing the filling to accommodate the cavity that had filled underneath, even though it didn’t seem like in the end it was their fault. I thought that was above and beyond customer service!

Rittenhouse dentists are always so kind, and give me the best and easiest cleaning I’ve ever had! They are fast but efficient every time I’ve been there from a routine cleaning to emergency crown placement. They are upfront about the costs before any procedure, which I really appreciate. Their office is clean, organized, and pleasant to be in. I highly recommend them!

The office staff were friendly and efficient. My dental hygienist was gentle and communicated well. The dentist provided good advice at the end. In terms of Covid protocol, everyone was wearing masks and there seemed to be good air circulation (including an air purifier—not sure how effective it actually is, but there’s a lot we don’t yet know). In any case, I felt comfortable and will return in 6 months.

Great staff and very comprehensive. On my first visit they took detailed photos (not just X-rays) of my teeth in case I was ever in an accident and needed reconstructive dental work. I’m 56 and no dentist ever did that before!
