I have been coming to this practice for over 15 years and will always stay with Dr. Ammons. She is kind and a wonderful Doctor. However, the atmosphere of the office has dramatically changed as well as their billing practices. You don’t tell a patient of 15 years at the end of their visit we’ve changed our billing procedures that will be $200. You tell them that before confirming the appointment. It was a shock after 15 years especially when you have a family of 4 and we all generally come in the same day/week/month.
