I have been going to Dr. Rink for years but this recent visit will be my last. I was given multiple x-rays (more than I ever have in my 77 years) and when I questioned why so many they said they wanted to be "thorough". When Dr. Rink came in to check my teeth he poked and prodded multiple times at one tooth in particular. When I told him it hurt and asked him what he was doing he mumbled something to the hygienist and did not answer me and left without discussing anything with me. His demeanor towards his patients has changed drastically. It's as if he doesn't want anything to do with his patients unless they are willing to spend an exorbitant amount of money. I will not be going back.
I went to Dr. Rink for my 6 months checkup. I was very pleased with my visit. Dr. Rink and his staff were very professional and respectful. I received a very thorough oral examination. I will definitely recommend Dr. Rink's practice to others. Evidently my previous visit must have been a bad day.

Today was the first and only time I have ever visited a doctor’s office and received premium treatment without any preconceived biases.
The staff greeted me by first name when I walked in the door and invited me to partake in the lobby refreshments. After a brief waiting period, another staff member greeted me and escorted me to the examination room. As we took the walk, she briefed me on Dr. Rink’s professional highlights and his exemplar skill set.
Dr. Rink listened to my concerns intently and gave me thorough feedback which required an ambidextrous train of thought and critical thinking. Although all medical professionals should have these skills , the majority don’t!
I really appreciate the investment of time that Dr. Rink wielded on the improvement of my teeth and smile.

They gave me the confidence to smile again and now I can’t stop! In addition to giving me the most beautiful veneers, they helped me immensely with my dental phobia. From my initial call with Tasha, I knew this was the practice for me. At my first appointment Olivia immediately made me feel at ease. She was so knowledgeable and kind. After meeting Dr. Rink at my consultation I was confident I had found my forever dentist. The atmosphere of their office makes you feel like you’re among friends and not just another patient. Dr. Rink treats everyone like they’re part of his family. I have never been to a dental practice where the whole staff seems like family. At Dr Rink’s office, it is so evident that EVERYONE there loves their job. On the days I got my temporary and then final veneers it felt like the whole team was just as excited about it as I was! They truly all have a passion for making people love their smile. In every interaction I had with anyone from their office I was thoroughly impressed with how amazing each and every team member was. Dr. Rink is truly an artist and his attention to detail is outstanding.

Dr. Rink and his wonderful staff are beyond any other dental group. They are like a family of caring, compassionate, and extremely talented dental caregivers. Dr. Rink is so talented in his abilities and knowledge in caring for his patients. His dental artistry is phenomenal. He has been my dentist for years. I cannot imagine trusting anyone else with my oral health. He took extra time to sit down with me to explain every part of my procedure with no pressure for me to proceed that day. I highly recommend Dr. Rink’s office. Everyone in the office is super friendly and considerate. They go out of their way to make sure that each patient has a great experience at the dentist. Colleen is a fantastic hygienist and my teeth as usual are sparkling after my recent cleaning! The office is incredibly clean and safe to visit even during COVID. The Rink office is outstanding and has been taking fantastic care of my teeth for the past twenty years.
