First visit with Pelham Rd location. Staff was very welcoming, professional and efficient. Lobby/waiting room was welcoming, large clean and tastefully decorated. The Technician/Hygienist amazing to talk to. They listened and were very knowlegable and gently every step of the way. They listened to my concerns and I did not feel rushed. The check out process was professional and everyone gave great eye contact and thanked me for my visit. I would highly recommend this facility.

I just love Wood Creek Dental. I am a current and satisfied patient. My other dental experience was not so great so when my friend recommended this office I was skeptical. The entire office team are very friendly. My hygienist Fran is the bomb, from the first time I met her. This made my experience more comfortable wich made meeting all the Doctor's even better. Wood Creek is AMAZING! I just went through a journey repairing my front tooth that was abscessed. I am so thankful for Dr. Hunt who caught the infection during a routine cleaning. He recommended a root canal and it was definitely necessary. I didn’t realize the symptoms I was having were from an abscess. After the root canal, Dr. White went above and beyond to repair and finish my tooth so that it matched and was cosmetically appealing. I appreciate all the time she took to make it perfect. She is an excellent dentist for those who have fear and anxiety. Her calm, soothing demeanor has made me a patient for life. I no longer avoid the dentist!

I got referred to this dentist for being a dental chicken and having anxiety to the point where I couldn’t get a crown done and I needed to be sedated. No judgment please. They were so warm and happy and smiling from the moment I walked in, and it is extremely clean and smells nice, it’s not intimidating walking in there, and I felt very comfortable about going with them with the procedure. If I didn’t live 45 mins away, I would see them regularly!

I feel the office took advantage of me. I’m 92. I went in because I had 3 loose teeth and another dentist told me I needed all my teeth pulled. The dentist said she could fix it. I paid for a partial and sent to another dentist to pull 3 teeth. The partial they made does not fit. Wood creek said it will be more than $2,000 to make another one. If I knew the first partial they made wasn’t going to fit I wouldn’t have had it done. So disappointed
