I live in West Ashley but driving to Smileworks in Mt. Pleasant is worth it! Everyone in the office, from dentists to receptionists, are knowledgeable and kind. They make their patients feel comfortable and respected. Also, I highly recommend Storm for children’s teeth—she’s amazing!

Everyone was friendly, but I really want to mention the ladies that helped me today. Brooke is a rockstar! She made everything seamless and easy! Grace was so patient and kind. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Dr. Dana made me laugh the whole time and really listened to all my concerns. She is so welcoming and understanding. Last, but definitely not least, Kara. She took care my of cleaning, gave me wonderful advice, and lots of laughs. She really is amazing!

I cannot recommend Presley enough. For someone who doesn’t love going to the dentist, she made me feel incredibly welcome & comfortable for the entire duration of my cleaning. She was very calming & gentle which I very much appreciated. She also made sure that I was well aware of what she was doing each step of the way. Dr. Herbert and everyone that works at Smileworks is nothing short of exceptional. They are kind, caring and work with diligence and care. The office is run so well. Great communication. I had some question regarding Medicare, thinking of retirement, they took the time and gave me great information and sources. My hygienist, Presley is wonderful. It is a great place!

Presley is my favorite hygienist ever, so sweet and takes her time to make sure you leave with a great smile. :) (and gentle with the scraping part, which I hate 😂).
