Been going here for a while. Always really liked Dr. Hernandez but this time I was crying in pain while they were trying to figure out what was going on. Even the front desk ladies were concerned that I still left in so much pain. He said I needed deep cleaning done that insurance won’t cover so I can’t go back until pay day. He said he could extract the teeth to get the pain to go away but I don’t want to lose teeth when it is a gum issue. He wrote me prescription for a medication I told him that I couldn’t take way before he started. I felt like I had seen them enough for them to know me. I called my family doctor and they can’t do anything for my pain because it is a dental issue and he personally suggested I find another dentist. I truly love the staff and everyone but I am very disappointed and upset that I am still hurting so bad! I made the appointment for Friday with him because I didn’t think he could do anything really for my pain but my family doctor said he could have helped more and to look for another office.

This place is my worse experience. I had an appointment at 9:00 and came in by 8:45.they say that the doctor who's in is not in insurance network, if wanted to be seen by her it's going to cost me $134 or wait for the one who is in my network.something that I mentioned before I booked my appointment. I waited until around 12:45 for them to take care of me.i was suffering so much that I couldn't tell which tooth was hurting.they mess up my mouth.
I do not recommend.

Couldn’t find a mask for my appointment that i took the rest of my day off for so they wouldn’t let me in. Will not be using them ever again. It’s 2022 and it’s a dentist off when you will be working in my mouth. Smh get over yourselves

We love family dental. They are always so kind to my very nervous little ones. We never wait longer than a few minutes. They also have covid precautions in place, including socially distanced chairs, requiring masks, and temperature checks. Their play area is currently closed, but when it is open it's an awesome little area to help keep kids nerves at Bay. The Dr and the hygienist are very professional and polite. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who's kids maybe afraid of the dentist!

I was having a bad day with my dental appointments for my kids being cancelled at their old dental office. I was feeling very stressed when I had to think about my kids going another 2 weeks without seeing the dentist. Going into Family Dental and they were all so kind and they got both my kids seen in a timely manner. I will now be using them for all my family's dental needs.

Everyone was professional and helpful. Didn’t wait to long considering the dentist did my treatment same day. Saved me from missing another day of work or trying to find time to make it in again. Thank you, I definitely will be recommending Family Dental to my friends and family.

Too busy. Equipment issues,
Was first appointment and yet left a couple hours later with only accomplishing x-rays.
Staff very friendly and professional. Could not get a follow up for cleaning for over 2 weeks. Frustrating. Ended up feeling bad for Staff

I don't even want to leave 1 star. I've been twice back in September 2020 and treated by same dentist both times. Waited over an hour just to get called back. This dentist did 6 of my fillings. My bite was messed up. Couldn't eat right for weeks till I was able to go back the 2nd time for her to kinda fix it. Bite is still weird. Worst part, I had a filling fall out a few days ago. And it was sitting right on my gumline. So I decided to go to a different dentist yesterday. They advised me the filling would continue to fall out because it actually requires a crown ($1,175) that I can't afford! Also, this office drilled a huge hole in my tooth and it was just a tiny cavity to begin with. I'm a single stay at home mom and only income I have currently is donating plasma and if I have the tooth pulled, I can't donate for about 6 months so there goes my income. They did not tell me the tooth required a crown nor a deep cleaning in order for it to properly bond. SO the other 5 fillings she did could potentially fall out. I could be looking at more $1K price tags in the future for crowns as I do Not want to loose my teeth! Malpractice goes on here. Avoid at all costs!

Yes, the wait was long, but I can see why. The dentist took his time to let each patient know what exactly was going on, reassured us in what he was doing, and he did an AMAZING job. I had my tooth taken out WITH an infected nerve. But he did his best and made sure I was as painless as I could be. Amazing instructions on how to handle it afterward and the experience was just overall positive. The people who work there are kind and made it such a pleasure.
And I have heard from a couple of other people who talked about having a tooth extracted, and they all talk about THE PAIN. But honestly, he worked so hard to make sure I didn't hurt, I barely felt a thing. It was an amazing experience.
The wait was definitely worth it.
