I have been going here for several years, and I have been pleased with the service. The only problem I have ever ran into is the wait time - can be excessive, seems like overbooking. However the customer service,. pricing , and the modern offices enables me to overlook the wait time. If necessary I just reschedule, because they have taken me w/o an appointment, when I've had an emergency. That means the world, when you are in pain and they will make the time for someone to see you.

I had my first dentist appointment today, after many years of not having insurance I could finally go. The staff here were great, the dentist although very young was excellent, extremely gentle and explained everything to me well. Trust me I thought it was going to be horrible but they really were as gentle as they could be. I give them excellent ratings.

The staff was friendly and efficient, both out front and in back. They put the children at ease and handled each treatment confidently. The doctor gave complete information about each child's dental health and the treatment required in a way that was easy to understand, and happily answered all questions. What a blessing! 😁

Honestly nicest dental experience if my life. Yes I had a tooth pulled. Yes it hurts and sucks. But truly the staff is so kind and compassionate. I have never been treated so well. Highly recommend!

Lovely staff members, very clear office and Dr. Hernandez was very informative on the different options that our dentist won't do. Instead of him telling you that you have to get a certain procedure he let you choose what's best for you. Will definitely recommend.

I went in to.get a wisdom teeth pulled and been having problems every since. When back Monday said dry socket fine but why is my chin and lip still numb procedure was done on a Thursday. It's almost Thursday still have numbness on my chin and lip. Still cannot eat anything but mashed potatoes and soup etc. So you tell me how my visit went?

Do not use! They will waste 1.5 hrs of your time for nothing!!!
Called and they told me they accepted Ambetter insurance. Arrived for appointment and told me they did not take my insurance, but would call to see what they could do. After 1/2 hr of waiting they did nothing so I called my insurance and they said they would pay for the cleaning, but did not know about a full oral examination. Insurance said they would fax over my coverage. Receptionist told me the insurance company hung up on her. Called my insurance company again and had zero issues getting a hold of someone within 5 minutes. Finally after about 90 minutes receptionist told me they will not accept my insurance. My insurance company says they are wrong and the company wanted to bill them for an unnecessary full mount exam when only a cleaning was needed. Sounds like they make money by over charging insurance companies for unneeded services.
