Staff was very nice and professional. Everything looked clean and sterile. I was accommodated to the max being that I had my baby with me. Doctor was very gentle. Both doctor and assistant walked me through everything prior to servicing me. They were honest about what needed to be done and what my insurance will cover. Recommend this place.

Unprofessional and problematic office. Made an appt online over a week in advance for Saturday am. On Friday, they called to verify insurance and said nothing online saved. After 2 phone calls about insurance, I get one to confirm my appt. I arrive at 8:55 on Saturday. No one there until 9:05, can't get in. Another employee called and the office person commented about the dentist not being there and that they should call back in 30 minutes.
She also told me appt. made online are not verified or guaranteed.
Then I find out they never verified insurance. I give her a different number to call and she says they aren't in network. Thing is, the insurance company told me they were. She says there's nothing else she can do and I'll have to reschedule. That will not be happening.
This was the most unprofessional experience I've had with a dentist in probably 15 years.

I can’t go any lower than one star. I had an appointment for 3pm 8/12..I get there and I’m told the wait is about an hour because they were running behind. I understood but told them I can’t sit for another hour on no medication. (I was there to get my last wisdom tooth pulled) The front desk told me I can come back tomorrow at 1:30pm - she said there aren’t any other appointments so I should be able to get right in. I show up and there are 3 people in front of me. I sit for an hour. Then go out to my car, sit some more and then decide to leave. They call me at 3:03pm and tell me the dentist can see me now! Really?! I will never recommend this place! Ever! The sad part is that the dentist and the assistants are awesome! The front desk sucks!!!!!! Beware! Only go here if you have hours of free time!

They are so nice and work very well with each other and their clients. I was very well taken care of and the dentist he repaired my front tooth that had chipped really bad and it looks amazing and doesn't bother me anymore. Really great experience and that's esp good to have that at a dentist office since most people don't look forward to a dental visit. :)

I had a very bad toothache and was informed that I need A,an extraction -free or B a root canal and crown-$2300. Due to finances I chose Option A . I called in on Friday and was told to come at 10 am Monday8/24. Which I did. When I got there 1. The receptionist could not find me as a patient - I’ve been forced to got there for 2 years , the. They said I didn’t have an appointment. After 11:30 I was taken to the back where I waited for the doctor to see me. Finally the doc came in to numb my mouth at 12:30. She continued to work on other patients . At 1:30 she tried to do double extraction and of course I was unnumb by then. After 10 shots of numbing medication my 2 molars were extracted . I left the office at 2 pm. I am switching dentist going forward .

Don’t waste your time. If I could give zero stars I would. I scheduled my appointment one month in advance, and provided all of my information. I called few weeks prior to confirm my appointment. The day before my appointment the office sent me a text message, which I responded to confirm I would be there. The morning of, I arrived with my insurance card and the receptionist informed me that they would not be able to see me because they had failed to contact my insurance. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was advised there was no one available. Unbelievable. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I was very impressed with the level of care that I received from Dr. Hernandez & his team. He is such a nice guy and he always does a very thorough job on my teeth. If you are looking for affordable, great dental care, ask for Dr. Hernandez.
