I really like Dr Bill, he has a very calming voice. Especially when you may be nervous about getting a shot. I just relax, which really helps. I drive from Lakeland to Collierville , I would drive further, I would just have to pack a lunch. JK, Donna M

The doctors and staff, consistently provide exceptional care!! They make certain you are informed and comfortable with any procedure! So, put your mind at ease and go visit Dental Cares Collierville. I’m glad I did!

Made an appointment for basic cleaning(while having no trouble at all with daily life in-terms of teeth and gums), but they are forcing patients to get into treatment plans that they come up after scanning and x-rays. In other words, you don’t get to choose if you want to go with just cleaning or not which for me is unethical. My parents and grandparents never been to Dentists their whole life even though they had some plaque and tartar buildup and even though they might have had bacterias in their gums. And they never had any trouble with their teeth and gums their whole life. Dentist places are just a place of business to steal money from their patients. I would never go to this place again.

very disappointed - first time patient and they were calling me the wrong name. i went it to see if they could fix a minor chip and i walked out with an estimate for crowns and nothing was done about the chip. Pushing for major work when i walked through the door.
