This was my first visit at DentalCares and it was a great experience for me!!! Everyone was so caring, competent, and polite from the receptionist to the office manager. And let’s not forget the awesome dental staff that took X-rays and examined me. Kudos to Dr. Smith for having a phenomenal team!!! My family and I have been searching for a “new dental home”… we found it! So DentalCares here we come, all 5 of us!❤️

The staff at Dental Cares are wonderful from the Front desk BA’s LaJuana, Bridget and Teranique to the DA’s Gwen, Ally and Jeanetta everyone of them are friendly, professional and kind.
I’m from the generation of horrible dentists and do go unless absolutely necessary ..after an accident caused a lost tooth it became necessary.
I was ready for lectures, and condemnation but
Dr Smith and his team were so compassionate and understanding. We discussed several options and decided a bridge would be necessary. This was a several month process but I love my new smile, and my confidence is back !!

Dental Cares was very accommodating to me during my visit on 12/22/20. I have to medicate one hour prior to my appointment before having any dental work performed; however, I forgot to do so. Dental Cares allowed me to go get my medication, return to the office, and be seen although I know they are on a tight schedule right now... I appreciate this... the Hygienist was thorough, pleasant, and professional yet personable. All in all, it was a pleasant visit to the dentist.

They're okay for cleanings; but, the billing practices of this place and the Cordova location is questionable, if not downright crooked. They will reel you in with signing a fake "Treatment Plan" that you think is affordable; but, indeed, they had not gotten the actual quote from your insurance company. After your dental work is done and you've paid the stated amount they say you owed, they will file the claim a year later. Honestly, I had work done in Nov 2020, thought I had paid my portion and was done until I starting receiving a whopping bill a year later for over $2k which they said my insurance company denied. Denied? You gave me an amount the insurance company pays and I owed my portion? We are now in 2022 and issues still have not been resolved. The only thing Dentalcares will tell me is that I signed the consenting form which states I am responsible for paying. Disregard the good reviews they are using and look them up in the BBB. Again, cleanings might be ok as most come free with your plan. However, expect to pay more for major work like Crowns and Bridges than their "Treatment Plan" that they use to reel you in reveals. Do your research with your insurance company before you let them touch you.

The staff is nice and ease the anxiety of a dreaded dental appointment. I’m not a big fan of dentists, but Johnetta was extremely kind, professional and informative of the process. Thanks and I’ll be back and send my wife as well!
