The visit was for a tooth extraction. The front office ladies are fine to talk with in person, but over the phone they are rude. The extraction was more painful than other places I have been. It was a bit rough during and after.

We had the worst experience of our lives visiting Parkway Dental in April 2017. They refused service to me, my husband, and our 3- and 4-year-old children because my husband was asking about the wording of a contract they were asking us to sign as new patients. The document asked for our consent to provide a myriad of dental procedures, including pulling teeth. My husband (a lawyer) said that he would prefer to be consulted before any procedures took place rather than to give his blanket consent for the long list of procedures. The contract did not include wording about giving verbal consent first. I was willing to sign the agreement and one for each of our children so that the children could get their teeth cleaned since we made the 30 minute drive to our appointment. But the dentist refused. We were told that if we don't agree "as a family" then perhaps we'd be happier elsewhere. We were shocked and stunned at being treated this way in response to my husband being a conscientious reviewer of contract language. I cannot speak to the dental care since they would not treat us, but the front desk staff were very friendly. The waiting area does not have any toys or books for kids. I'm not sure why they consider themselves a "family dental" practice.

My 9 year old had to have what we thought was 2 cavaties filled today. The staff was calming and patient. When the Dr got in there he found there was only one (when other officers would have charged for the two). Just before the Dr started to "fix" her tooth she said to him "I trust you" with a cute numb smile. We had a great experience and less expensive then we thought! Thanks to the Dr and staff for helping my daughter have positive experiences when we come there.

And his staff they are all so very caring and it is a Christian atmosphere and I am not afraid to mention my Lord and Savior and I have never had such a wonderful dentist appointment as it as I have with them I encourage everyone to go to this dentist he is absolutely wonderful!!
