This Denistry is the most unprofessional place I have ever stepped foot in. I’ve had the worst dental experience with Martin Denistry of Kingsport. Kim was a nightmare to have assist me and very rude & rough and should probably be fired just for how she treated me. She even pulled the therapy dog away from me while he was attempting to comfort me. I am now having 2 temporary caps made for the 4th time. That means the 4th time they have numbed me and broke out the last temporary. This process started November 7th. The permanents have still yet to be made properly so I now being sent to another location to get hem. After todays visits i asked to speak with someone about my horrible visit yet again. I was sent to speak with Miranda who only nodded and gave me simple “yeah” reply’s. No compassion at all. No compensation for multiple visits and failed attempts. I was highly recommended to this dentist & am completely unhappy and unsatisfied. I will be finding a new dentist. I would not recommend Martin Dentistry of Kingsport.
To top it all off-when I went to the jc location to have the permanent crowns done I ended having to have 2 unnecessary and unplanned root canals due to the complete inability to do a dental procedure correctly. AND no one has reached out to me regarding it!!! I would never advise anyone to go to the Kingsport location.

Very happy with my visit. I had a lot of anxiety because I had not been to the dentist in several years but I was very much comforted and felt like my concerns were heard and addressed accordingly. Vonda was my dental hygienist and she was amazing, very nice and comforting but also professional and did a great job! I will definitely be going to see her for all of my visits.

Everyone I've encountered at Martin Dentistry has been kind and helpful. From reception to cleaning to crowns I have been treated professionally and responsibly. It is no easy task to have excellent people in do many positions but it is important to me as a patient. The office is up to date on technological advances as well, making me feel like I was truly in a 21st century dental office. I am so glad I found Martin Dentistry and I strongly recommend them.

Great place,, great staff from being greeted at the front door,, to the friendly Hygienist and the Dentist.. Best of all no one made me feel bad for not taking care of my teeth for years. Honestly probably the best dental experience I’ve had. Great service and chair side manner by staff, friendly and down to Earth. The lady who handles checking what should be covered by insurance went above and beyond what I’ve experienced with past dentists. They have tv’s on the ceiling if that is helpful to you to keep your mind off your mouth. Music too. The technology is amazing too. Is it wrong for me to want to keep them a secret?? I probably would but they well deserve recognition and a fair review from me so here it is.

Excellent service and flexible appointments. I have been a customer for about 5 years. I recent got a minor filling here that caused an existing night guard I had to not fit correctly. I thought I was going to have to get a brand new night guard, but they were able to quickly get me in and use their expertise to refit the existing night guard to the new topography of my filling. Saved me a lot of time and money. Will be going there as long as I live in the area.

Very nice office with really nice staff. They worked hard to get me in sooner and I really appreciate that. My hygienist Vonda was very nice and very thorough and I had a good experience with the dentist, Allison Poget. I had a glitch with my insurance, but I was able to get that resolved in the end. I would recommend.
