Very friendly and awesome staff, I love them all! Very welcoming and go out of the way to do what you want. Affordable prices! I live 30 minutes away and will say it's well worth the drive and wouldn't trade them at all☺ I've never been a fan of going to the dentist always nervous about the whole thing but they have a way about making it easy, fun, and not bad at all🤗 I highly recommend them. There wasn't one thing I wanted that wasn't done and it was done great!

I had been in search for a new dentist for a couple months and let me tell you this place is amazing all the way from the ladies up front to the doctor, hygienist, and assistants in the back! My hygienist Brittany was AMAZING! She is so kind and gave me all the tips and tricks to keep up with my oral hygiene! She is also, very relatable! Dr. Smith was so kind and full of knowledge! Came through when in great need with a dental emergency. Very detailed with explaining every step for each procedure needed before and while doing. Very gentle with procedures and cleaning also. Great staff from phones when scheduling, front desk assistance, and with throughly going over insurance and billing. Dr.Smith and his assistant are wonderful. Stacey, dental hygienist was great also. Very happy after every visit. Was eased with my anxiety at every visit.

Hands down, best dental care place in Knoxville. Dr. Smith is very compassionate and knowledgeable, feels like it's more than just a job to him. Today his assistant, Stacey, cleaned my teeth and she made me more comfortable than I've ever been at any type of doctor's office. Great people all around from front to back. Highly recommended.

My cheap insurance maxed out on the first cleaning, and neither of us realized until after having the second cleaning done. I received a bill 6 months later for the cleaning and some other work that I had done (despite already completing a payment plan for this work), since the insurance rejected coverage.
Dr. Smith called me and was very accommodating in working out this issue which I greatly appreciated.
