Aweful customer service!!
They had my insurance info and was let in. They came mid session to interrupt the procedure saying my insurance was not accepted and that I either pay out of pocket or find another in-network dentist and pay nothing. I opted for the 2nd option since I had a valid insurance.
Since then they kept sending bill charges for Xrays and exam. I called them several times, they were not willing to discuss it and kept putting me on very long holds...
Overall very rude customer service. I would recommend folks to go elsewhere

Initially, I got off to a rough start at Aspen. My appointments kept being rescheduled and I was quite anxious to get my dental work completed. After my second appointment was rescheduled, I was more than a little irritated. We got everything straightened out, and I couldn't be happier. I had twelve teeth removed and got a partial for my top teeth and a full plate on the bottom. The dentist I saw, Dr. Frid was extremely concerned about my comfort and more than gentle during my procedures. I am an extremely satisfied customer. Thank you, Aspen Dental for giving me my confidence back!

I hate to write a bad review for a business, but it has to be told. I went to Aspen after about 5 years of not having gone to a dentist. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They told me I needed 6 fillings and that I had early Periodontal disease and recommended a special cleaning. All of this was to cost $2700. I decided to get a second opinion before I paid that kind of money. At my new dentist I was told that I had 1 cavity and no sign of Periodontal disease or even gingivitis. In fact, today when I got that 1 filling done and had a regular cleaning ( at a small fraction of the cost I would have paid at Aspen for all that work) my hygienist told me she couldn't believe how good my teeth looked and how healthy my gums were after 5 years of no dentist. I am so thankful to have gotten that second opinion! Not sure what is going on at Aspen. I know there can be differences of opinion and philosophy, but be careful.

Everyone here was very very nice and made something so nerve-wracking as the dentist very pleasant and easy! They were very helpful since I don't have insurance and they got me in very quickly. Courtney the hygienist was very very nice and explained everything so I understood what she was doing and what I was doing right or wrong. After having many bad dentist experiences I would very much recommend this aspen dental and I will be coming back and sending anyone I know who needs dental work!!!

I am a 46 year old woman who still has baby teeth. After many years of hiding behind my pain, I called Aspen. The day after Thanksgiving. They were only open til 1 p.m. I called, they got me in at 11 a.m. The DA Julie was beyond capable and competent! She has a natural way of connecting with the patient. Her ability to tune in was the best medical care I've ever received. Then in walks big ol Dr. Lance! What a great guy! I cried. Julie held my hand and let me squeeze her arm. Dr. Lance was so calm, so gentle and in no time that baby tooth was out! The team at Murfreesboro Aspen are amazing! The receptionist was also amazing... no judgment no weird office stares! Just great care. THANK YOU JULIE AND DR. LANCE!!!

The staff were friendly and welcoming as was the location. Very quick to get things done and make you feel comfortable. I'm not sure my billing was right through my insurance but they say they are going to double check now that they have the right information and refund if needed. Insurance said if I signed the treatment form already they don't have to refund i really hope that's not the case since it was my first visit.

I'm an older person, 72 yrs young, and have dentures. I needed just the lower plate replaced due to loosing a tooth and cracking starting. I couldn't have made a better choice than Aspen Dental! The entire staff that I've come in contact with have been very caring, knowledgeable, understanding and just a joy to work with. I have medical problems that doesn't allow my jaw to open very wide. Once they saw this, they were able to use my existing lower plate as the model for my new one. That was wonderful! I HIGHLY recommend Aspen Dental. As I've worn dentures for almost 50 yrs, and trust me, you get what you pay for. These are some of the best and well worth every penny.

They were so attentive and ready to help me feel better and healthy. Definitely will see them again. Extremely friendly staff and special thanks to Dr. Pack for going out of her way to ensure I was taken care of. She also called next morning to see if I was doing well. Great follow up.
Do prepare... your first visit will be long though.

This is the only dentist office I've been to in the last couple years. It's always very clean the staff is always friendly and they have credit cards you can apply for if you can't afford treatment. the only thing that bothers me is that there is a TV running in every room and on every patient chair. It's a good distraction for someone afraid of the dentist but I find it annoying.
