I absolutely loved my experience! I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and I didn’t regret it at all. They got me in quickly for my X-rays and after that they managed to fit me into their schedule for cleaning that same day. Loved the Doctor and all the staff for being so friendly and kind. DEFINITELY WILL BE BACK!

My visit was awesome!! I have been seeing my regular dentist for years and invested so much money in my restorative work and cleanings. My visit today at Aspen was eye opening. I was apparently not having my gums checked for correct cleaning. Tiffany was awesome, she took my X-rays and Julie explained in depth about 3 different cleanings and both the hygienist and dentist would let me know according to my X-rays. Martina the hygienist, was amazing and very informative. Dr Sharma came and treatment planned my work that was needed…she is the best and kind and cares, I can tell the whole office cared. From the ladies that checked me in and the way I was treated as a patient. I would highly recommend this office. Best dental experience I have ever had. And they started my cleaning and dental work on my first appt!! I love going to the dentist now!!! It’s like they are a team, the whole office, that actually cares about their patients! I will be back again!!

Excellent and professional treatment. The staff is very knowledgeable and caring. I was from out of state visiting my son in Nashville when I was lucky enough to find them. My tooth was broken and needed to be extracted and my gums were infected. They fit me in their schedule quickly and took great care of me. I would highly recommend them.

BEWARE!!!! My daughter presented to their office to have her lower teeth pulled and a denture made. The dentist suggest she have implants put in instead. She was then taken to the office manager and given a quote of $14000 to have implants placed in the bottom and a new denture for the uppers. No other options were given or quoted. My daughter is not savvy to the operations of the the business world and always trusts that people are honest and not trying to scam you. They got her qualified for Dental Credit and her payments would be $300 for 5 years. Once she was home and shared this with me, we returned to the office to speak with the business manager. She noted the doctor had suggested it and my daughter had agreed. She didn’t know she had other options! It’s a scam. They try to take advantage of this poor girl! She could not afford to pay $300 a month for 5 years that was not a necessity. They finally set it up
To pull the teeth and put in an immediate denture for for $1800.
She had her appt today for the procedure. At 8:00. At 9:30 she came out to say they hadn’t started yet. They said her blood pressure was a little high and they were waiting for it to come down. Truth of the matter was the denture wasn’t ready. They were still making it. They finally owned up to it. The procedure took 10 minutes to pull the teeth around 9:45. They finally had the denture placed in around 12:25. They admitted that since the dentures weren’t ready they wanted to reschedule but thought they would be finished by the time her blood pressure came down. Totally unacceptable!! These are not professional people. Four and 1/2 hours wasted. She came home and the denture is so loose it won’t stay in her mouth. She is supposed to keep it on until she returns on Monday. They are closed now and can’t be reached. Unacceptable!!

I sought a 2nd opinion from Aspen & asked if I could use a discount coupon ($19-$29) for a brief visit which they said I could. I'd brought a full set of x-rays so I wouldn't need to have more taken & I was told that was fine when I called to schedule my appointment.

Sadly, I had to wait nearly an hour in their waiting room to be seen & they refused to accept my new digital x-rays saying their machine couldn't read them. Just because they can't read them doesn't allow them to demand me to pay for more x-rays. If it's "their policy" to require patients to have full x-rays then Aspen ought to pay for them. Especially if a new patient brings in a new, complete set of x-rays with them on their visit. This practice is deceptive & allows them to charge everyone for more x-rays.

I was given an estimate for nearly $30,000 just to replace a few front teeth. I still can't believe dental costs have risen so much. The demeanor & rudeness of Aspen's staff was unacceptable. At the end of my very long, boring visit, Aspen refused to accept my free consultation coupon & said they would rather bill my dental insurance. Its very deceptive to use this "bait & switch" method to attract new patients since it discriminates against new patients who are charged far more than patients without insurance. This practice is deceptive, unfair & discriminatory. I recommend new patients seek a dentist from an individual dentist rather than from franchise-owned or operated dental practice. It will save much time, money and frustration from going to a dental franchise. My whole visit was a wasted, deplorable & unfortunate use of my time. Find another dental office instead of wasting precious time on Aspen.

Very informative. Stephanie was awesome at explaining all of my financing options. Great customer service. I trusted her explanations on all of my options. Haven't received my dentures yet so to be continued😁

This dental company should absolutely not be aloud to practice!! They have no clue what they are talking about told me I needed a root canal went to get it done that doctor said I didn’t need it but I still had to pay so I paid that doctor went back to aspen dental cause they said they needed to put a cap on all they were worried about is selling more stuff left with no cap and more money out of pocket!! Stead clear of this place it’s a scam

I had a broken denture while traveling and needed a fast repair. Dr. Sharma and the Lab Tech Pascall we're awesome and Shannon was a great help organizing the visit! I was able to break and have my denture repaired cheaply and quickly in the span of a morning!

I called to get my partial repaired and the girl who answered the phone talked over me constantly. I asked how long I would be without my partial and she said I would have to come in for a consult and they wouldn't do anything on the 1st visit. Sorry but I can't afford to make several dentists rich and waste a lot of time going from (and paying) one dentist after the other to try to get my partial fixed in the least amount of time. I'm guessing they don't know what they are doing if they aren't experienced in approximately how long it will take to get my partial back. WHAT A SCAM!

Total scam. Scheduled appointment for simple cleaning after my insurance changed. Waited in lobby for over 1 hr. Tortured during X-rays. Dentist arrives stating I need a procedure (coincidentally on a poster in the X-ray room) for $900. Can’t just do a cleaning, and the hygienist is not in today. Don’t do it unless you must.
