The staff here are very patient and nice. I still do not recommend this place unless you want to be here all day. They called me to cancel my appointment twice before I ever actually got to go in which should have been my first red flag. I was here for 2 and a half hours for a simple cleaning. With the dentist I had before it was never more than 45 minutes even with X rays. The only reason I switched was because of insurance. DO NOT GO HERE.

I really enjoy having my teeth cleaned here. Dr. Giles-Paul does a great job at explaining what she’s doing and what she’s looking at. I enjoy the transparency of being told what’s going on while they’re doing it. I would recommend this Dentistry as they are professional while enjoying their patients and their practice.

This is hands-down, without a doubt, the best dental care I have ever received! The entire team is welcoming, kind, and patient! Before I came here, I had no trust in dentists but let me tell you, I quickly learned I could trust this dentist. Dr Giles-Paul knows her stuff! Got a root canal from Dr Eva Xiong and it was excellent! From the team to the equipment, I was comfortable and painless. Don’t hesitate to choose this place. It’s the best!

Dr. Giles and Kamron were absolutely fantastic. They let me know exactly what was happening every step of the procedures. They made sure I was comfortable and had no pain throughout the whole visit. There was plenty of enjoyable, casual conversation, which made the visit so much better. The gentleman at the front desk were very welcoming and thorough when having to sift through my insurance concerns. A great dentistry and highly recommend!

I’ve been going to MMD for years now and never had the negative experience I had on 2/13/23. First, my appointment was at 10 am and I didn’t get helped until 10:36, the lobby was empty, I was the only one waiting… I let that slide because I get it, I work in customer service and know things happen when it comes to scheduling. Everyone was super friendly, Whitney Giles-Paul was so nice! We bonded over food and being from the same state, NJ. What I didn’t like is that I waited for over 30 minutes and was only checked on for 15 min or less… I was told I needed a whole bunch of stuff and that it would be over $400. After I said, no not today, I was immediately brought to the front to check out. I felt like all they cared about was me giving them my money. The fact that I didn’t even get my regular cleaning which my insurance pays for is crazy. I will not be back, and I’m currently looking for a new dentist.

I’ve always been scared to go to the dentist which has resulted in me not going. Today was the TOTAL OPPOSITE OF WHAT IVE BEEN THROUGH BEFORE. It was ABSOLUTELY the best dentist appointment I have ever been to. Dr. Giles-Paul and her staff are WONDERFUL and I will definitely be back. ❤️❤️❤️
