I originally went in just for a cleaning I ended up getting extra work done that wasn't on the schedule they did not complain about it they helped me with everything they could everyone was very nice and one thing that caught my attention is that one rdh complimented her coworker on my filling. The electric toothbrush and paradontax for bleeding gums that she recommended is working great for me.

Plain and simple, Creative Smiles is an awesome dental office -- fantastic dentists and helpful staff. Honestly, what more can you ask for in our fast-paced, busy world?!

I can speak to my experience with Dr. Tischbein who recently joined the practice a few months ago. He is one of the best dentists I've ever encountered, and for anyone in the Murfeesboro, TN area, I HIGHLY recommend making an appointment with him. First and foremost, he is a highly trained dentist (he went to Indiana University for Dental School and did his residency at University of Louisville). It's no wonder he has always been able to answer all of my questions! Second, his attention to detail as a dentist is phenomenal -- he truly listens to what his patients need and never tries to rush you. Last but certainly not least, he's a fantastic listener, which is most important to me as a patient. We've all been to doctors and dentists who treat you like you're just one of the many people they have to see during the course of the day, and, let's be honest, while that may be true, Dr. Tischbein will never make you feel that way as a patient. He is truly a 5 star dentist, and it is an awesome dental practice overall!

I was in a lot of pain, luckily they got me scheduled the next day. They were caring, efficient and quick. I will definitely be returning. The office was very professional and clean.

Love the staff here, been in for cleanings, dental work, and whitenings. I never regret coming in for my next appointment. Couldn’t ask for a more professional and courteous staff to accommodate me in oral hygiene.

I have been coming to this place for years since it first opened, most visits were okay never great, but I’m a fairly simple person just clean my teeth and tell me if I have any issues. I’m not even upset when they are trying to to put fluoride on my teeth, even though most toothpaste have fluoride. I get it you’re trying to make your coins cool. But this is what I’m completely disgusted with and gets you rated 1 and if a zero was available I would give it. I go into the dentist this morning for my 6 month checkup, I get there a few minutes early and then says oh we don’t have an appt for you anymore because you didn’t confirm yesterday or when we called!? Are you FREAKING kidding me!? I’m so sorry I have a F***ing life and am in Graduate school, the hell I don’t have time to answer every call. By the time I get to calling back the office closed. You gave my appointment that has been scheduled for 6 months to someone else??? Then says oh well you didn’t confirm, so because you don’t confirm your doctors appt it’s Canceled? If you don’t confirm your hair appt it’s canceled? What kind of BS is this? I got up early and make appts early for a reason because I work in the mornings and the dentist office isn’t open on weekends. This has been a waste of my time and I don’t have the time to constantly reschedule my life for something that has been on my calendar for 6 months. So I have to wait 2 weeks to have another appt when I had one from the being, then said well you can wait an hour and someone will see you then! Are you serious right now, so you expect me to wait another hour for appt I had for 6 months. Then the craziest thing about the whole situation was there was no one else in the office expect myself and mother waiting on her child! So you mean to tell me you only have 1 Dental hygienist in the office. I’m so disgusted.

This place is awesome. It's been quite a while (over 10 years) since I've been to a dentist and was feeling very nervous and embarrassed but they made me feel comfortable and unashamed. Truly a pleasant experience, thank you guys!!

Amazing customer service and very patient when you have a little one that can't sit in one spot while the siblings are getting looked at! Very well recommended and amazing customer service!

All the staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Got in at my appointment time no delays. Dentist very nice and professional. I'll be back!
