Love this office. I have never waited. Karen is my favorite dental assistant. I got a root canal a couple years ago from a different office and with in a year it was giving me problems, the dentist who did it was no longer in the office so I came here. I found out he missed a root. I had to have it redone. The dentist at creative smiles was so nice and told me that they back their work. Meaning if I would have went there in the first place I wouldnt be paying twice for a root canal. If it didnt work they would refund my money so i could go to a specialist. They treat you like royalty my kids love it here also.

I'll have to say I have been going to creative smiles for many years. Recently I had a cracked bonded tooth and I wanted to get it repaired I was told by the dentist that she didn't know what bonding was and was wanting to do a much more expensive procedure on my tooth. I received an appointment the next day with a different dentist that was able to repair the problem with no trouble I will not be back to creative smiles because of this issue I would not recommend them past this point.

Everyone at this office is very nice and makes you feel very comfortable. I usually hate going to the dentist but I didn't have that issue here. Definitely 10/10 will come back.

This dentist is the worst for actually fixing a problem in your mouth. It’s never what you going for and they get mad when they can’t up sell extra stuff. Went for a broken tooth wanted it pulled but they want to do a root canal and fix it not what I want my mouth my decision

I was very disappointed in service. I was told that I had an infected tooth and needed to see a specialist. Although they assisted me in getting an appointment with the specialist, I was sent home with antibiotics. When I expressed that I had been in pain for two days, I was told to treat it with ibuprofen and it would take two additional days for the antibiotics to relieve the pain. It's sad that when someone actually needs pain medication that Doctors are afraid to prescribe it. I have never had an infected tooth that did not require at least a day of pain medication to relieve symptoms before the antibiotics kick in. Now it's Friday afternoon and I have to spend the weekend in pain. Not happy!
