I went in with 0 experience with dentists and came out happy. I was never taken to a dentist as a child and expected to have a lot of issues and for the cleaning to be painful. They helped me and we're extremely nice. In addition, nothing hurt and they did a great job.

Staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. I was nervous about trying a new dentist, but I’m glad I did. I called for an emergency dental appointment and they got me in within 30 mins later. They made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. I also like the fact that they gave me options and they did not do anything without explaining everything first. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I highly recommend!

Refused to give me a regular six month cleaning unless I bought a laser treatment for under my gum line. The dentist is very nice and said my teeth looked great . However I feel they use tactics to pressure patients into unnecessary, expensive treatments. I still did not get my six month cleaning and I was there for a hour and half getting x-rays.

My recent visit to this Creative Smiles was probably the best dental experience I have had in a very long time.
The girls at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in and made me feel welcome and at ease.
They were ALL very nice from the time I walked in until I left.
I have had several dental experiences throughout my lifetime, and I have to say this was the very best by far.
The Dental Assistant (Stephanie) kept me informed of everything that was going on, and explained what she was going to do before doing it.
She was very Friendly and knowledgeable. She made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole procedure.
I would highly recommend DR. Finney for anyone looking for a better Dentist. She was Great!! She explained everything to me in a way that i understood what she was talking about, and did not try to convince me to have things done that i did not need. I never felt pressured to purchase additional services.

Everyone was nice but I didn’t feel welcomed.
I was there to be the driver of a friend that was having a procedure and I decide to check since I needed a check up and cleaning.
I end up spending 1500 on a deep cleaning (they gave me discount because I have no insurance) but I have no idea what was actually done in my mouth.
I know they used laser and antibiotics on my mouth because I asked. and since that was not just a cheap regular cleaning I expected a little more communication from them. The impression that I had was that they were doing me a favor like I got a free cleaning on a raffle.
Once I left the place I also had no idea what was the after care! Could I eat? Should I wait to floss ? Do I have to come back or scheduled another visit? I had to google using key words to try to figure out how to proceed.
I’m new to this city and I was looking forward to find a good new dentist but after this I don’t think I will be back! Between me and my partner we spent almost 5 thousand dollars on just one day and I left feeling very disappointed!
